Dream was taking with Sapnap when George came out of his closet.

George turned quickly to his bookcase.

"What's up with George?" Sapnap asked.

Dream made a lot of quick signs that ultimately didn't tell Sapnap anything. "I'm just gonna go talk to him..."

Dream sighed and walked over to the bookshelves too. Sapnap was about to tap George on the shoulder when Dream caught his hand.

"Someone's here..." He whispered.

"What do you mean someone's here? We're here." Sapnap said.

"Bad. Someone bad is here."

Sapnap quickly became defensive and kept his hand close to his sword.

Suddenly a knock sounded at the door.

"Come in!" George shouted.

The king's bodyguard stepped in with his head lowered.

"Your majesty... I regret to inform you that..." He paused, Dream moving closer and closer to George.

"Your father is dead."

George's eyes widened. "No... that's impossible..."

Dream continued to stare at the bodyguard. The knight opened his mouth about to give a response when George lashed out.

"You are the most skilled knight here! And yet you can't protect my father?!"

"Your majesty I'm terribly sorry... someone appeared on the balcony, but I can identify him if I see him..."

"You better..."

George stared down the knight with unforgiving eyes. He saw the knight squirm under his gaze and felt accomplished. Dream continued to stare though.

Sapnap turned to see a person in the balcony. A brown haired boy in blues, greens, and purples.

Sapnap rushed over as quick as he could, but slow enough as to not be suspicious.

"What are you doing here?!" He whispered.

"I came to warn you... the others are planning to shoot the prince."

Sapnap looked shocked. "And who's going to do it?"

He looked away for a moment. "They want me to... but I was going to miss."

Sapnap gave a sigh. "Alright get out of here before someone sees you."

"Alright but there's something-

"Who are you talking to?"

Sapnap turned quickly. "No one! Just talking to myself."

Before Sapnap knew what happened, someone yanked him away from the boy and grabbed him.

"Yeah, this looks like no one." The guard said holding the previously hidden boy by his cloak.

Suddenly, the knight had an idea. "That's him! That's who I saw kill the king!"

George looked back at the knight, then at Dream. Dream moved his left hand slowly to his right wrist. He moved his head slowly to look at the boy.

"Your name and why you are here..?"

"Why do you need to know why he's here!? He killed the king and-"

"Shut up!"

Dream said quickly turning around to the knight. Dream then turned back to the boy in blues, greens, and purples and asked again.
