Chapter 1
She woke up next morning tired. She searched for her phone with her eyes still closed on the night stand beside her. When she finally found it, she picked it up and brought it over close to her face. She quickly opened her eyes and saw the time. Her vision was still a little blurry, but she made it the time and quickly got up. She made her way into the bathroom and turned on the shower. She stripped off her pj's and got in. The steamy water relaxed her a bit. After washing her hair thoroughly she got up wrapping the towel around her slim body.
After getting dressed, she brushed her hair and left it alone. She didn't want to do anything with it so it would dry nice and curly. 10 minutes later she was completely ready. Dressed and ready to go have some breakfast. She grabbed her things and headed out the door, locking it behind her. She went down the elevator quickly and rushed out the glass doors of her building. It was a one of those days where it was super sunny but very chilly as well. She was glad she wore the appropriate outfit. Her boots hugged her legs and made them warm. Her sweater, vest, scarf and jeans made the rest of her body warm as well. She looked inside her purse for her sunglasses and keys. She put her ray-bans on and walked to her car. Opening the door quickly so she could get warm. She drove around the streets of Chelsea neighborhood of London to find a Starbucks. All the ones that she saw were full and she didn't feel like being around a whole bunch of people. After about 30 minutes of looking she finally found one that was decent and almost empty. She parked just around the corner and got out.
She pushed the Starbucks' door with her left hand and noticed her ring. She had completely forgot about it. She let out a big sigh and walked in. She ordered her usual, a limon cake slice and a cappuccino. The hot drink warmed up her hands and the smell of limon cake made her day. She sat down at a corner and started to eat. She munched on her cake while taking little sips of her drink. She took out her phone and she immediately receive a message from her future husband. Finn.
Finn was a great guy. Caring, gentle, lovable and most of all very handsome. At the beggining of the relationship she loved him very much. He was the perfect guy for her and she really thought so. He loved her too. Though she thought differently he did. Every time they were together it made her day a 100 times better. But after a while of the same thing every single day. She got kind of tired. She still loved him but he wasn't the same either. Something had happened to him and it changed their relationship forever. She didn't know what actually happened because he never had the guts to tell her but she dropped the subject and let it go. And now that they were soon to get married she's never felt so lost in her life. But again, she had to do it. It was for her own good. Or at least she thought so.
She snapped back into reality and finished eating her breakfast. She threw away her trash and left the cafe. She decided to take a walk and enjoy the day. She walked through a small park and lake. As she was leaving the park, she saw a young man trying to work a public telephone. He looked confused so she decided to help him. She kind giggled as he tried the work the phone again. Once she got close, she knocked softly on the glass door. He was startled and jumped up. She opened the door and laughed while offering help "I noticed you were having trouble. Do you need any help?" and he chuckled a bit and smiled. "Sorry to bother you buy yes, I forgot my phone at home and I need my body guard.... I mean mom to know I'm okay."
She didn't respond to his last words for a minute because she was too busy trying to figure out who he was. To her, he seemed SO familiar. All she could remember was that he was a huge pop star. She had his name at the tip of her tongue but she just couldn't say it. He finally realized she wasn't paying attention he wave his hand in front of her face. She flew back just a bit hitting her head against the glass door. She got scared and that's why she jumped back. "Oh my God, I'm SO sorry i startled you like that. I didn't mean to!" He said apologetically. She closed one her eyes in pain and tried to regain her balance. She rubbed her head and responded back to him."No, no it's not your fault it was mine, I was day-dreaming" She gave him a crooked smiled and he relaxed a bit. She could see he was extremely embarrassed and she once again re-assured him she was fine. "Oh sorry, here let me show you how to call." she said trying to drop the subject.
