R: "Negative."
A: "It's Negative?" She removed her hands that were covering her face.

R: "It is."
A: "Oh Uhm okey."

You could see a little disappointment in both their eyes. As much as they had been freaking out over the possibility in the beginning, after they had talked it was clear both were just shocked as they hadn't expected the possibility at all but they both wanted a little mini Herrera-Sullivan.

R: "We could still start trying if you want."
A: "What now?" She raised his eyebrows at him.

R: "Not like Right now. If you are not pregnant, you are probably sick."
A: "I'm not sick! I'm just fine."

R: "You are about to fall asleep in the middle of the day, you are not fine." He got up from the bed.
"Take a nap and I'll get some work done, you'll feel better afterwards."

A: "fine, even when I'm not tired." She tried to suppress it but she couldn't and yawned.

Robert was already on his way out of the bedroom.
R: "Not tired huh? Sure." He chuckled.
Andy got her PJs on and slid under the cover and fell asleep very soon.

Robert had been downstairs working for hours. When it was 6pm he decided to make some soup for Andy and then went upstairs to bring it to her.

He put the bowl down on the bedside table and sat down on the bed. He stroke over her hair and rubbed his thumb over her forehead to slowly wake her up.

But just with his thumb he could feel she was warm.
R: "Andy, wake up."
A: "huh?" she mumbled.

R: "Wake up and eat some soup."
While Robert got up and went to the bathroom Andy slowly woke up and pushed herself into a slightly sitting position but she felt weak.

A: "What are you doing?"
R: "Getting this." He waved the thermometer and Andy rolled her eyes.

R: "Don't even try to fight me on this you are warm. Open." And Andy did, she didn't really feel up for a discussion. They just sat there and waited, when the thermometer started beeping Robert took it.

R: "You have a fever. I'll run by the pharmacy and get you something and in the mean time you eat some soup."

A: "I'm not hungry."
R: "Eat something anyways. I'll be back soon but call me if anything is up."
A: "I'll be fine. It's just a fever."

Robert hurried up at the store so he could be back with Andy soon, he didn't wanna leave her alone while she was sick.

When he got back home Andy was already asleep again he didn't want to wake her up but she should take something to get the fever down so he tried to carefully wake her up.

Still half asleep she took the pill Robert handed her and chucked it down with water before she fell back asleep.

Robert took the bowl that was still half full and brought it to the kitchen. After he cleaned everything he got ready for bed and went to sleep as well.

The next morning when Robert woke up and looked to Andy she was still asleep.

He reached over to her and gently placed his hand on her forehead to check her temperature but not wake her up.

Robert had expected it be lower with the medicine but it felt warmer than last night.

R: "Andy? Wake up babe."
A: "hmmm? I'm up." She opened her eyes and kept blinking to adjust to the light.

R: "You are burning up. I'm gonna get dressed and take you to a doctor. With the medicine your temperature should have gone down."

A: " Do we really have to? I just wanna sleep." She growled and had a frown on her face.
R: "Yes we do."

Robert got up and ready first before he grabbed Andy some sweatpants and a sweatshirt to put over.

R: "Here, put those over."
A: "Can you get me a sports bra too?"
R: "Sure, here you go."

Andy slowly changed. Her arms hurt and her legs too.
When she was done she grabbed her phone and they left their house.

Robert drove them to an urgent care where they didn't have to wait too long to see a doctor.

The doctor said it was some virus and prescribed her antibiotics and sent them on their way.

They walked back into their house, Andy hung up her jacket and slipped out of her shoes.

A: "I'm gonna go back to bed."
R: "okey, do you need anything?"
A: "No I'm good. Just wanna sleep."
R: "I'll be down here and get some work done."

He walked over to the kitchen table where some piles of paperwork were waiting for him.

A: "Wait, why aren't you at work?" She was a little confused.
R: "I took personal days."

A: "You do know I'm not 9 and I'm capable of staying home alone right?"
R: "I know you can but it's just not necessary."

Andy sighed and just went upstairs. She didn't feel up to arguing now.

After a while Andy woke up and rolled over to her other side hoping she would just fall back asleep again.

And to her surprise she saw Robert sitting in the bed. Even though she had just slept for hours she looked exhausted, her skin was pale and her eyes puffy.

A: "Why are you looking at me like that?"
R: "Like what?"
A: "Like you just saw Bambi getting shot."

R: "I- I did not look like that."
A: "Uhm yea you did."

R: "I'm just worried and I wanna make you feel better."
A: "I'm just sick Robert, not dying."

R: "I know, but I still want my wonderful wife to feel good."

Andy smiled and shook her head, he just knew. He always knew what to say, even when no one understood her, he always did.

She took his arm and laid it around her as she cuddled onto him.
