Chapter 11

Y/n pov

When I see Vin Jin I automatically know that he is the type of guy I had in my past world he was rude obnoxious and thought he was better than everyone else. Vin jin told Duke to get him some water and Zack said "hey Vin Jin get it yourself is your hand broken" that's when everyone starts being surprised that Zack out of all people stood up to Vin Jin since he was also considered a bully. Then Vin Jin and his crew stood up looking like they wanted to fight Zack and then Zack's little minions also stood up ready to fight. That when I hear "hey black glasses pick up your cup didn't your mom tell you not to throw things on the floor" I look to who said that and I see Vasco that when Vin Jin made a scene out of the cafeteria and Zack came back to the table where me and Mira were at and he said "man... the guys who fight aren't cool am I right." Me and Mira look at each and giggle.

Thats when I see Vasco looking at our table and had a tear in his eye I then see Zack trying to get Mira's attention so I say "sorry Mira I'll be back I have to go talk to a friend" Mira just nods and you make you way over to Vasco and sneek up on him and say "hey guys" that startles Vasco and you start laughing because he looked like he was ready to jump and grab the closest thing near him "hey Vasco I haven't seen you around school for a while have you been ok" then Vasco just looks at you and says "yeah its just something happened nothing important but I had to be absent from school for a few days." I look at him with a smile on my face and say "ok well then I should get going its almost time for class anyway ill see you around."

With that I left and went to tell Mira that I was headed into the bathroom since I had to go splash some water in my face to wake me up a little the halls were all empty so I started to softly sing one of my favorite songs and then when I got to the bathroom I kept singing up until I was ready to go to class and got put of the bathroom I saw someone not that far away from my class and it was Duke he said "hey your y/n right" you said "yeah and your Duke" he looks at me surprised "wow you know my name that so cool either way I wanted to ask you something" I smile at him because he looks so nervous and say "yeah sure what's up" Duke looks at me and starts fidgeting and then he asks " c-can you preform with me in the in the school festival." I look at him surprised and say "why me tho" he said "you have a really nice voice and I was just wondering if you can preform with me at the school festival." You look at him and say "yeah sure why not" me and Duke decided that after school at his house is where we will practice.

As I start to walk back to class my day gose by like normal when I get back to class I see Jay already their and with his head down on his desk. That's when I realized how many rings he actually had in each of his hands I go to touch one and that's when he starts to wake up and go looks at me like I'm weird so I just say "its not what it looks like I promise it just your rings look interesting" and with that you just sit down and start to doodle on you notes when you see a little sticky note on your side of the desk and it said "I don't mind if you play with my rings" you then look over at Jay who looks like he went "back to sleep" with that I started to look at some of his rings and started to twist a few of them and he didn't mind after a while I couldn't see the glare that Zack and Daniel were giving Jay for him having all of my attention and after a few more classes the day was over I got up to go and meet with Duke but when I was waiting for him outside I could see Daniel coming out with Duke.

"Hey Duke what are you doing here Daniel?" You asked Daniel surprised to see him there "y/n I was wondering if it's ok if the 3 of us sing in the festival I already asked Daniel and he said that he's ok with that are you?" Duke asked me with hope in his eyes. "Yeah sure I'm ok with that so are we still going to your place Duke?" I said not really caring that Daniel would be their. Duke then said "sure we can head their now and start practicing." Me and Daniel followed Duke back to his house when we got their Daniel immediately told Duke what to do to save supplies and how to re-use thigs to he doesn't was so much money. I thought this was really nice of him to do after a few more tips we got to singing Daniel started singing first. "Ok y/n this will be your part" Duke said showing the lyrics you were supposed to be singing. "Yeah sure I'll try my best not to let you guys down." You said and after practicing for a few hours you started to head home and Duke said he would walk us a little of the way and so we started heading down a street thats when we see Duke's grandma and she says "our Dukey has so many friends you two should eat something." Both you and Daniel looked at his grandma and say "we already ate thanks for thinking of us even though you have a business to run." With that you and Daniel say your goodbyes and both you and Daniel start heading home.

"Hey Daniel how you sang today was really good" he looked at you surprised and said "oh thanks y/n you sang really nice too" you just smile at him and say "ok well I have to head this way all see you tomorrow ok bye" and all Daniel said is "bye y/n."
