Chapter 18

I woke up to find Mira and Daniel standing in my room and once they see that I'm awake they start talking to me "y/n are you okay were all so worried for you but they said we couldn't see you until earlier they told us that they would allow us to see you I'm so sorry y/n" Mira kept talking and apologizing "it's okay Mira I'm fine" I spend time talking to them until they both have to leave after they leave my brother walks in and starts talking "okay y/n we have to head home father said he will talk to you once we get there" I just nod and head to the bathroom to change into spare clothes my brother gave me.

I get checked out of the hospital and head for the car that was waiting for us I can see the airport after a while I make my way to the private jet and go take a seat my brother sits next to me. "You really are different y/n" "what do you mean by that" "well you don't act like you used to you were very stuck up and rude because you are everybody's favorite" I laugh thinking he was joking but he looked serious "wait really why am I the favorite" "you really don't remember huh well let me tell you a little story about the l/n (last name) it's been about 6 decades since a girl was born into the l/n name even woman who's last name is l/n they were married into it and then you came along mother and father were expecting 7th child everyone said it would be a boy when they went to find out what gender you would be the doctors said you would be a boy no one was shocked but they said you might be born with terrible condition and very weak well that same day another pregnant woman was their to find out the gender of her baby and they said she would be born healthy." I realized what he ment "they got the tests mixed up" he just nodded then I hear my phone get a text message "ill let you answer it ill get something for us to drink" I just nod and he gets up and walks away.

Jay: hey y/n are you okay I'm sorry I wasn't at the hospital with Mira and Daniel.

Y/n: it's alright Jay I'm just going home for a few days since we're on brake for a while and then I'm coming back okay.

Jay: yeah that's fine have a good brake and take it easy okay.

Y/n: okay thanks Jay I'll see you when I get back.

I see my brother head back with rose champagne bottle and whiskey "are you going to drink both" "no of course not rose champagne is your favorite remember" "I don't really drink do they have apple juice or something" he laughs and says "wow I don't know what happend to you but I like it better" one of the flight attendants comes by and he asked if they had apple juice they said they did and that they will be right back and they took the champagne bottle back. "Okay now get back to the story" "okay okay well as you know they got the tests mixed up with the lady and when you were born everyone even the doctor was expecting it to be a little boy but imagine everyone's surprise when a little girl came out Father's first thought was that mother had an affair since it wasn't possible but then they said they could get a DNA test for as soon as a week that week they spent it in the hospital since they said you could have been born very weak and sick but you were healthy father couldn't deny you looked just like our eldest brother especially your birth mark on your back well when the test came back they found out you were Father's daughter and when they took you home all of us were gathered around you I still remember that weekend mother and father threw a party and invited all the family members and announce that a girl was finally born into the l/n our grandfather wanted you to get tested to see if you really were his granddaughter and when the test came back that you were their was no doubt that you were related to everyone there everyone loves you you had the biggest parties the best gifts and you were perfect" I laugh because I knew what my old life was like and how this one was much different.

I think about what he said and just think how ironic that I die and I woke up here. We land and make it to the house it's night there I see the maids outside waiting as soon as we get their I walk in and make my way to my father's office "hello father" "oh y/n I'm so happy your back come take a seat." We talk and catch up then I go to bed and wait to talk to him about me wanting to stay in Seoul. When I wake up I see a woman that's not Claire walk into my room and open the blinds I get up and get dressed and head down when I get there I see my father and brother already there and I make my way to sit next to my brother when father stops me and says "you can site over here" he point to the other chair next to him. The food comes out and nothing really looks appetizing my father notices this and asks "do you not like the food" I didn't want to seem rude so I said "oh no its fine thank you" "y/n I know you better than you know yourself and that's true before the amnesia this was you favorite breakfast" "it not that I don't find it appealing it's just I would prefer a bowl of fruit instead and mango juice" "if you would prefer that then sure" he calls one of the maids "okay miss y/n what kind of fruit would you like" I would like 28 green grapes cut in half 4 strawberries also cut into multiple pieces 2 kiwis in pieces and one orange peeled and spread evenly oh and some dragon fruit cut into cubes and the mago juice oh and could you make it in that order also some yogurt in a separate plate please and thank you" I look around and see the maid, father and brother all looking at me in shock "y/n are you aware of what you just ordered" I hear my brother say "oh I'm sorry was it too much you know what I'm not really feeling that hungry anyway um if you'll excuse me" I get out of there and make my way to my room.

I few minutes later I hear a knock on my door "y/n can you open the door" I hear my father on the other side "your brother didn't mean what he said in a bad way" I open the door and in comes the maid that I was talking to me earlier and she brings me a bowl of the fruit I asked for earlier also the yogurt and the mago juice and even some toast when she set everything she leaves. I just look at the food and at this point I wasn't hungry. "I'm not going to leave until you eat you might say your not hungry but that's because you haven't had food in your system for a while now just take a bite and you will see that you are hungry. He keeps staring at me until I give in and eat the fruit bowl and I realized I was hungry and grab some toast and add some yogurt on top. "Your brother did not mean anything rude by what he said earlier it's just the way you ordered the fruit bow it's the same one your mother always had for breakfast exept she preferred strawberry juice and she also always asked for yogurt on the side she would usually eat it with toast." I just nod "I thought I was being too picky about my food and got embarrassed" he just laughed.

After I'm done eating I see father on his phone sending text messages when I decide to tell him about me wanting to stay in Seoul and keep studying there. "Father I would like to stay in Seoul and keep going to my school" he looked up from his phone "why would you want that you have friends here and a good school" "I dont know any people here remember besides I like it in Seoul place father ill be more careful" "fine you can go back but you have to be very careful okay" I just nod and he leaves my room a few days later it time for me to head back to Seoul I say goodbye to my brother witch he apologized for what he said and father gives me a gift and told me to open it up on the plane I say my goodbyes and head to the private jet once it takes off I open Father's gift.

Inside was a very beautiful emerald green bracelet and a note that said "you might not remember but your favorite color and stone was emeralds hope you like it -father.

It was very pretty I put it on and message Claire that I will be arriving soon and she said she will be there to pick me up from the airport.
