Chapter 4

It has been a month since Julie's birthday. Julie and Nick have now been officially dating for 3 weeks and it has been driving Luke crazy. The band has been recording their first album for about a week now. The band has just finished recording Edge of Great.  The band has found out that they can eat now so they all head into Julie's house for dinner. They all grab their plates and begin eating they thank Ray for the food then they all head into the living room. Flynn turns on Netflix and they begin to watch the Vampire dairies. Luke doesn't like the Vampire diaries because it isn't as good as Twilight.

"Ok Jules what the hell are you talking about." Luke says to Julie.

"You are telling me that Vampires that burn in the sun and have a compulsion power are less realistic then Vampires who glow in the sun and when they die they turn into crystals ok."  Julie says to Luke while putting her hand up in his face and rolling her eyes.

"YES! and you can't even compare the actors Edward is so much hotter then Damon. Don't even get me started on how much hotter Jacob is then Tyler." Luke says.

"How do you stand Bella she is so annoying." Julie says to Luke knowing this will piss him off.

"You think Bella is bad have you met Elena." Luke says now talking with his hands.

Julie rolls her eyes knowing that Luke is right. 

The group finishes the episode. There is knock at the door and Julie jumps up and runs to the door. 

"Hey Nick" Julie says while pecking him on the lips and letting him inside. 

Julie finds her spot but now Nick is to her left and Luke is on her right. She rests her head on Nicks chest and begins laughing and joking with him. This kills Luke he would never tell anyone how much it hurts him though. He loves Julie and he wants her to be happy so he doesn't tell anyone. The jokes the boys made about him and Julie have stopped. Never in his life did he think he would miss them.  A half and hour later Luke gets up and heads out to the studio. Julie looks at Reggie wondering what is going on with Luke because they finally turned on Twilight. Reggie just shrugs his shoulders. Julie decides to go out to the studio to check on him. She gets up and kisses Nick on the check.

"Where are you going?" Nick asks Julie.

"I'm going to go talk to Luke something doesn't seem right." Julie says points to the studio.

"I think he is old enough to take care of himself your not his mom." Nick whispers to Julie.

"He is my friend I am going to go and check on him." Julie says and Nick and he rolls eyes.

"Sorry. I love you." Julie says kissing Nick then walking out to the studio.

Julie walks into the studio and sees Luke with his acoustic guitar and his song book. She knows something is wrong cause he only picks up the acoustic guitar if he is sad or playing with her. 

"Hey, Luke you ok?" Julie asks Luke.

"Oh ya I am fine I just had an idea for a song and I needed to write it down before I forgot about it that is all." Says Luke while shutting his song book.

"Can I see it?" Julie asks Luke.

"Not right now. It isn't finished and you don't let me read you songs." Luke says looking up at Julie.

"Ok I'm sure you have never secretly read my songs." Julie says sarcastically.

"I've only read one and that is because I thought it was Perfect Harmony. It was a really good song I think it's called Enchanted you should play it for Nick." Julie's eyes go wide knowing that she did not write that song for Nick she wrote it for Luke.
