I sat down on a chair that was inside of the comic store that the Frog brothers ran.
I had been dating Alan for a while, and to be honest these last couple of months that we have been dating have been absolutely amazing to the point that I think I might tell him that I love him. I know that it is kind of early, but I feel that it is the right time because well, why not?
I got up off of the chair that I was sitting on, and made my way to Alan who was restocking some of the different comics that were on one of the stands.
"Hey Alan." I said with a smirk on my face. "Hey Y/n what do you want?" Alan asked looking at me with his normal stoic expression. "Is it so wrong that I want to spend some time with my boyfriend?" I asked and giggled a little bit. Alan laughed a little bit before saying "I guess not." with a smile on his face that only came out when he was with me. I placed a kiss on his cheek causing him to blush a little bit.
I stood there for a second trying to figure out how I was going to tell him that I love him. But then I thought to myself, I should just go for it, if he loves me back, it shouldn't matter when I told him.
"Alan I have to tell you something." I said my demeanor changing a bit. Alan looked up from what he was doing and nodded, signifying that he wanted me to continue. "I love you." I blurted out and immediately felt my face start to turn hot. "Umm well.." Alan started and I looked at him for a second waiting for him to say it back. "Don't you love me?" I asked, my eyes filling up with tears.
Alan stood there with his mouth slightly open and before he could even know what happened to him, I ran out of there as quickly as possible with tears streaming down my face. Not wanting to go home at the moment I decided I would instead go to the beach and try to relax there. Luckily, there weren't any people at the beach, which meant that I wouldn't have to worry about people seeing how much of an absolute mess I was at the moment.
Just when I thought that I would finally be alone, I saw Alan walking towards me with a sad expression on his face. "I'm sorry Y/n." Alan said looking at me directly in the eyes. I nodded my head a little bit trying not to acknowledge his existence. "I love you too." Alan said which caused me to spin my head around in his direction.
I stood up and walked over to where he was standing a couple of feet away and I couldn't help but smile. I could not believe my eyes when I saw that he was actually blushing. He took a step closer so that our faces were about to touch, then he leaned in and started to kiss me passionately. He has never kissed me like this so it caused me to be a little shocked when the two of our lips collided.
After a while when our lips drifted appart from eachother the two of us laid down on the sand and looked up at the sky that was a mix of different colors. Even though the day was pretty bad for a while, I couldn't help but feel a massive amount of happiness due to the fact that I knew that someone actually loved me.
