Eve: Hello readers. Long time no see. I will now take you back 220 years in the past where a young Giant figures out a certain power he has with his childhood friend. This young Giant was named Grook, named after the first Giant King, and next to him was a female Giant named Penny. Grook figured out this power he had just last night and wanted to show Penny before he showed his parents. Grook had the power to change his size unlike another giant, this power was also a unique skill to the first Giant King unknown to him. Now 215 years later, Grook finishes his training to compete in the "Trial of the Giant King". This Trial was taken by the first Giant King and he made it a tradition to any eligible Giants you pass this trial to be a candidate for the Giant King. The competitors now take on the first trial, Trial of the Fittest, where they run through the a dangerous forest in the North Region to their Village. This also counts as the second trial, Trial of Survival. Some Giants pass the trial while other died, Grook was one of those Giants to pass. The third trial is the Trial of Strength where they have to open a door which leads to the fourth & final trial. The door quite heavy and is reinforced with magic to let only the giants that have opened the door to be allowed inside. A total of 8 Giants have passed the trial including Grook & his friend Penny. Now we go to the final trial where the 8 enter a Coliseum where a magic hologram of the First Giant King appears
GK Grook: Welcome my fellow citizens. I am Grook, the first Giant King
Penny: Grook who would've known you were named after the first
Grook: Hmm
GK Grook: you are standing in the very center of the Coliseum where I fought the Fairy Queen herself and other battles that will be recorded through our history. Now to begin the final trial where you will fight each other to the death or is knocked out of the ring.
Grook: wait what
Penny: to the death?
The ground then begins to shake and glow with magic as a ring is formed around the 8 Giants. The Giant King is no where to be found as the ground stops shaking and they are several feet in the air to where a giant could die from the fall. Penny & Grook take no time to team up and fight in this battle royale. After several hours, only Grook, Penny & one other Giant remain. Just when they were gonna team up, Grook becomes trapped in some rock while Penny engages the Giant only. Penny gets beat down over & over again in front of Grook. She was beaten to a pulp all bloody and bruised. All Grook could do was watch as his childhood friend & love of his life gets close to her deathbed. Just before she receives a finishing blow, Grook changes his size to slip through his imprisonment and then deliver a barrage of attacks with his trusty war hammer on the giant and killing him. Grook then rushes over to Penny as he starts to heal her but she stops him as she gets up and walks off the ring. Grook has tears in his eyes when he gets teleported back to the village where he is healed fully and is standing in front of the current Giant King
Wraith: well done Grook in completing the Giant King's Trial. Now you must face me and claim your right as the Ruler of the Giants
Grook: Father. I guess we finally meet after so long.
Wrairh: yes it's been awhile. Even if your my son. I wont be holding back. Remember this is a battle to the death
Grook: *wipes his tears away* yes my king
The two then start to fight with Wraith overpowering Grook. Wraith's weapon was tonfas while Grook's specialty was a War Hammer. Just when Grook was gonna die, he has a flashback to when he made a promise to Penny to marry her when he or she becomes Giant King. Grook then goes into a trace and begins to perform the "Dance of the Giants", an ancient dance that was long forgotten where a giant can raise their power as long as they continue dancing and don't lose focus. Grook's movements were beautiful as to where Wraith was mesmerized and then defeated as Grook surprised hit him with all his might. The father and son don't have any last words while Wraith begins to disappear with his bones remaining and a fiery ball left behind. The ball is then absorbed in Grook where he then passes out from the battle fatigue and strain of absorbing the Giant King's Essence.
*Present Time/5 Years after Grook became Giant King*
Grook: so tiresome
Penny: well we are in a war
Eve: forgot to say that Penny survived and Grook is now married to her
Grook: just hope this doesn't last long
Pandora: well if it isn't the Giant King himself
Grook: and who might you be
Pandora: I'm Pandora. The betrayer of the Gods. Also for a Giant, I thought you would be taller
Penny: I think you shouldn't have said that. He's kinda sensitive about that
