In the year 21xx, there was a female demon, named Katherine, who belonged to a race of warrior demons. These demons have uncontrolled anger and would go berserk during battles. Kat was a bit different from the rest of her family because she could control her anger. After a while in the demon realm she left to go to the overworld. Kat was one of the most powerful demons in her family, she was offered to become one of the ten commandments but she refused. Now after 100 years in the overworld, Katherine was in the kingdom of Cloudsdale, in the West Region, where she is an S-rank adventurer. This is where she meets the love of her life, another S-rank adventurer whose name is Nox. Kat and Nox form a party and start to hang out, but after some time they are on a raid mission where a demon was seen in the outskirts of the Forest of Life. Kat did not tell Nox of her origins but Nox knew she would tell him when she was ready.
Kat: Nox, my love. After this mission I have something to tell you
Nox: your finally ready to tell me
*the raid group run into the demon but Kat was not expecting a berserker demon*
Kat: shit
Frank: don't worry my fellow companions. My holy magic will *upper half of his body is smacked away*
Francine: Frank!!!! *gets burned by the demon*
Nox: damn. We're dying one-by-one *blocks an attack from the demon with his shield*
The fight with the demon doesn't go too well and everyone in the raid apart from Nox and Kat were killed. Nox was gravely injured while Kat was sent flying in the distance. She was contemplating herself on what to do. When she finally reached where Nox was she went in a rage where in all her life, this was the first she actually went berserk. The Demon looked back and saw himself but was a bit slender. The Demon then realized it was his big sister Katherine who disappeared 100 years ago; he was about to call out to her when he saw Kat holding his 2 hearts and his body disintegrated as his hearts were crushed.
Kat: *runs over to Nox* Honey are you alright
Nox: *with a weak voice* no problem. Just got punctured in the stomach and bleeding out
Kat: *starts crying* you'll be alright. Ok, I got you
Nox: so this is your secret. You thought I would hate you if I found out that *coughs*
Kat: yeah. I was gonna tell you
Nox: it's ok. I still love you the same
The couple kiss and then Nox starts to glow as his wounds are healing. Nox is confused as demon markings appear on his body. After the markings disappear, Katherine explains to Nox that he just became a demonic knight through a contract. Both of them head back to Cloudsdale and settle down to start a family. Several years later, a child is born who is half demon and half human. The name of this child is Katsuo Nox, he gets trained in swordsmanship by his father Nox and learns to control his demon powers by his mother Katherine. A berserk demon has multiple forms, some fewer than others; but the higher the form, the more they are consumed by their rage except for Kat who was unusual as a baby. All demons that are born start to manifest their powers and go on a rampage but for berserk demons they are more violent than the other newborns. Kat on the other hand was peaceful when she was born and as she grew up, never, ever threw a fit until that raid. Katsuo was born like any other human baby and only manifested his powers at the age of 5. At the age of 10 Katsuo witnessed a tragedy where his parents were murdered in front of him by the Holy Church of the Sun God Ra. Katsuo was hiding in the closet in his parents room when the knights started to invade his house breaking everything. One knight found Katsuo and dragged him to the priest outside his home which was now burning.
Priest: so this is the demon child
Holy Knight 1: I found him hiding in the closet
Priest: you won't need to suffer any longer child *starts praying*
H.K.1: *holds Katsuo since he is struggling*
Katsuo: let me go.
H.K.2: die demon *lowers his axe to chop off Katsuo's head*
*Darkness covers Katsuo's neck as the axe breaks, then the darkness cuts up the knight holding him then the knight that was gonna execute him*
Katsuo goes into his 2nd demon form and summons his claymore which comes out of the rubble where his house stood. The priest orders the holy knights to attack the demon, but as he did every knight was slashed down by Katsuo. The priest started to plead for his life but Katsuo killed the priest in cold blood. Kats dropped his sword then started to battle the demon inside him for control. He was in his 4th stage about to lose his humanity when someone came and stabbed him in the chest.
K. Nox: *coughs up blood* who ... are you
Lucifer JR: the future king of the demons. Your mother left the demon realm and I wanted to know why. Now I know
K. Nox: *turns back to human and passed out*
Lucifer JR: he'll live since he has a second heart. The third is half formed so the one I destroyed should heal in about 5 years
Lucifer jr leaves Katsuo and returns to the demon realm. Kats wakes up the next morning and he heard soldiers running toward him so he grabs his claymore and leaves Cloudsdale. Katsuo spends the next 5 years of his life in the Forest of Life perfecting his swordsmanship when he encounters another demon who was in fact Yoshitsune who finally returned from the future.

Ray: Almost forgot but demons have more than 1 heart. High tier demons have a total of 7 hearts as well as high tier goddess, but the Demon King and Supreme Deity have 8 hearts. Lucifer Jr has 7 and his 8th is 80% formed, Katsuo is an elite tier demon with 5 hearts with the 6th 48% formed
