Mikoto takes a break from training and asks his future self how all this came to be. So we go back to when Nora & Kurai are sealed away by Nari and Ray.
Nari: ok now to take these two into our highly secured facility
Ray: where would that be exactly
*They both take the twins and take them to the center of the multiverse and reach Eien no Keimusho*
Eien no keimusho is a prison were the most dangerous criminals are kept and Nora & Kurai are being kept in the lowest floor where there are only 7 guards but those 7 are all Narrators. The prison has 7 floors with each floor having 100 times more guards than the floor above it, the seventh being the most secure and having 7 guards. Floor 6 has 700 guards; floor 5 has 70,000; floor 4: 7,000,000; etc. Floor 1 has seven billion guards. All the guards have the same strength and one can take out a high tier goddess/dragon
Nari: this should hold them
Ray: what if the seal gets undone
Septuplet 4: don't worry newbie. Their weapons will be sealed away so that they can't get away
Septuplet 2: also they use negative energy which the pillars around this room will absorb.
Nari: they can't use positive energy anyway. Also we placed Tsubaki, Patty, and Kurumi into level 6 cells.
*100 years past and its a few months before Nora & Kurai arrive on Earth*
