One Shot #4: A Tour of Snezhnaya

(A/N This chapter was written before Snezhnaya was added to the Genshin Impact map, so this is just what I think Snezhnaya will look like. I just thought I should put this here in case they add it soon!)

Venti, Albedo, Childe, and Zhongli were walking through Dragonspire. Venti and Zhongli had wanted to see what Dragonspire was like, and in exchange for Albedo giving them a tour of Dragonspire, Venti gave the them all a tour of Mondstadt, Zhongli gave them a tour of Liyue, and after Dragonspire, Childe was going to give them a tour of Snezhnaya.

"And yeah. That's pretty much all there is to see in Dragonspire." Albedo said once they got to the bottom of the mountain.

He turned around to see a shivering Zhongli pushed Venti, who was currently frozen in a block of ice, and Childe hugging Zhongli to keep him warm.

"Oh. Are you cold?" Albedo asked, his face expressionless.

"Oh no," Childe said, rolling his eyes. "No, they're not cold at all. Why would you think that?"

"Oh, that's good. I was just wondering. Venti must be in that block of ice for fun, then?" Albedo said, completely serious.

"I swear... Albedo, how much of an idiot are you?!" Childe asked, slapping him on the face.

"I'm not an idiot... why?"

"You don't think it's unusual for Venti to be frozen in a block of ice and me having to hug Zhongli to keep him warm?!" Childe asked. He was used to the cold from living in Snezhnaya.

"Well, no, not really," Albedo said. "I just assumed Venti was drunk, which isn't unusual at all, and it's not unusual for you to be hugging Zhongli. Aren't you two married?"

Childe's face turned redder than Jueyun chili. "W-what? No!"

"Soon, we will be." Zhongli said, completely serious.

"W-what? Zhongli, are you saying you're gonna propose to me?" Childe asked, his face turning even redder.

"If you'd like. Or you can propose to me. Whatever you want."

Childe then fainted, and fell into Zhongli's arms. Zhongli picked him up.

"Well, shall we head to Snezhnaya?" Zhongli asked.

"You're gonna carry him all the way there?" Albedo asked.

"No. We're going to take him and Venti to Mondstadt city, where we'll unfreeze Venti and wake up Childe. Then Childe will lead us to Snezhnaya and give us a tour." Zhongli said, as he began walking towards Mondstadt city.

Albedo pulled out a gadget, which seemed to act like a magnet. It stuck to the block of ice Venti was in, and Albedo used that to pull Venti behind him all the way to Mondstadt.

When they finally reached Mondstadt, Jean was leaning against the front gates with her arms crossed. She looked up at them with a disapproving look on her face.

"Do I dare ask why Venti is stuck in a block of ice?" She asked.

Zhongli shakes his head. "It's probably best to just forget we were ever here-"

"He froze in Dragonspire." Albedo says, ignoring Zhongli.

Zhongli glares at him. Albedo pretends not to notice.

Jean sighed. "I'm not surprised. I assume your here to unfreeze him?"

"Yes." Zhongli says before Albedo can respond.

"Follow me. I think Diluc has a drink that'll melt the ice. He's in Angel's Share right now." Jean said.

Albedo pulls Venti to Angel's Share. Zhongli follows them, carrying Childe. Diluc meets them at the entrance to Angel's Share.
