The wish

Zelda's POV

I watch in awe as the triforce appears in front of us. Mipha healed Link. Thank god. 

We nod at each other. Then touch the triforce. "Golden goddesses here our prayer." says Link. "We wish for the end of Demise's curse." It starts to glow brighter. And brighter. And brighter until we can barely look at it. And the golden goddesses appear. "You have done well." A tear drops from my eye.

Even though we won. Impa didn't my father didn't. I loved them both. Even though my father was demanding at times. "I told you Zelda." said Din wiping the tear from my eye. "That I made a mistake 100's of 1000's of years ago. I cursed this land with Demise. I was greedy. Upset with my sisters for giving the earth a goddess that they would worship over us. It got out of hand and because of that. So many have died." I'm back in my Zelda form and I'm Hylian again.

I can feel more emotion. "I can't deny that it was your fathers time to go." said Farore. "But your friend. She snapped and Impa appeared. Alive standing up not a scratch on her. "You did well." says Nayru. Nodding her head at us. Then they disappear. And we are back in Hyrule field.

Link's POV

It's been a few days since the battle. My chest has nothing more than a scar on it. I'm sort of happy. We all are. I even caught Revali smiling around Linkle. I've never truly seen him smile. We are all called to the sanctum today. 

Zelda is wearing her royal dress. Standing above us all, Aryll, Impa, Linkle, me, and all the champions on there. She comes out on the balcony above us. "You all served our country well. Without all of you. Including Aryll, we would all be dead. So you are all awarded with a metal of honor. We hope you will use your skills to help Hyrule in the future." Each of us are given a gold metal.

"Rise." she says to us all. "Linkle you are a very good archer. We could use more Hylian archers. Master Revali. If it is okay with both of you I'd like her to train with you." "I would be honored your majesty." says Revali. "Linkle." "Of course." "Aryll though you are a little young to train." "I want to train now!" she says holding one of her dolls. "Well then who would you like to train with?" "I want to be an archer and a sword person!" she's so funny. So young. Only ten.

"I will train her." says Urbosa. "If it is okay with her siblings." We nod. Nothing really surprises me after what has happened. "Be easy on her." says Linkle. Urbosa nods her head. "Impa your tribe was put into exile 10,000 years ago. A mistake that my ancestors made. You are all welcome in Hyrule. We will build workshops if you wish to study your technology and schools if you wish to teach young Hylians."

"We will." says Impa.

"Very well you can all stay at the castle if you wish. Link meet me in garden please."

I nod. She winks at me.
