𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐗 𝐕𝐈𝐈𝐈 - 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞

A Grenuke slug was fired at the same time the Grimmstone hit Kord. And the spark on the Velocimorphed slug slowly reaches it's body and explodes.

Luckily enough, Kord manged to push Luna out of they way only causing himself to go unconscious after a stone hit his head. The explode didn't do much. It only destroyed the boulder Kord and Luna were taking cover behind.

"KORD" Luna yells worrying for her squadmate. Tears threaten to fall out her eyes and down her cheeks. "Calm down... He's fine. Just knocked out"

Luna gets up and fires her Tormato slug to the group of goons. One of them fires a Grimmstone from the side which causes the Tormato to fly to Trixie and Pronto instead of the goons.

"You little bastard" Luna growls under her breath and fires and Arachnet slug towards him which ties him up in a web.

Before she can turn back and Grimmstone flies her way before turning her vision black.

She opened her eyes trying to clear her vision and gather her thoughts. Her vision showed her a familiar hideout. Her sense of touch came back. She was lying down on a familiar couch.

Groaning, she sat herself up and rubbed the back of her head. She turns to her left and sees Eli and Trixie in bandages. Eli had one on his arm while Trixie had one on her head and another on her arm as well.

Luna turned in front and looked and her legs. There was Doc glowing with three Fandangoes surrounding him.

"Hey there little buddy" Luna manages to speak.

The Doc opens his eyes and chirps in delight. Luna extends her hand which the Boon Doc gladly jumps on.

"Thanks for healing me" she says before looking at the three Fandangoes. "And thanks for helping him as well yall"

Luna turns her attention to Kord who walks over to her.

"How you feeling kid?" Kord asks.

"Welp I'm alive" she chuckles. "Thanks for saving me back there"

"No biggie" Kord says shrugging.

"No. I mean it"

Kord smirks and heads back to the group. Luna puts down the Boon Doc and lets her Blastipede climb on her shoulder.

She heads upstairs grabbing her clothes and towel and heads downstairs into the bathroom.

"Hey Kord. I've asked you this before but what's your gut feeling about Luna?" Eli asks Kord.

"She was cool when we first let her here but I'm getting the same feeling I got from Twist and Tad" Kord replies looking down.

"I agree" Trixie steps in.

"But then again, I've got a feeling she's not gonna betray us like them" Kord adds.

Trixie looks back at her camera that she has been staring at for a while. "You might wanna rethink that"

She shows a footage of the battle that had accidentally been recorded. "My camera recorded the fight when I accidentally dropped it"

The footage shows the whole scene but something is a miss. Trixie zooms the footage onto Luna. She shows her Phosphoro slug beside her blaster which blinks a light, turning the attention on her.

After Kord had been knocked back, she shows a thumbs up before turning to him. After Kord pushes Luna out of the way of the Grenuke slug, Luna flashes her Phosphoro slug once more before firing her Tormato.

She does some slight hand movements which direct the slug to Trixie and Pronto right before the Grimmstone hit it. Junjie looks down on guilt after watching that part.

He had thought her Slug Fu because she had wanted to surprise Eli. This was surely a surprise.

"I knew she was up to something!" Will yells slamming his fist onto the table.

"Oh... How sad. Yall figured it out already"
