Hello my name is Kensi Adams in this life.  This is my fourth life, I promised my first love that we would love each other for all eternity and all lives.  When I was born again and was old enough to look for my first love.

He was living with another woman but assured me it was not what I was thinking and we got married.  Life might have been hard but I loved him and our children until the day I died.

Our third life, I found that he had already married and had a child.  He told me he would divorce her if I insisted and said he was sorry but he had fallen in love and wanted to give it a try.  I left and never saw him again.

I lived with a broken heart for most of my life only finding love later on in life.

This life, with technology advancing so much.  I was able to investigate my first love and found that he was not the man I though him to be.

So, this life I will live for me.  Doing what I wish and dream about.  I have kept a certain amount of the knowledge learnt from my previous lives.

Helping me advance quickly through school.  My parents are science nerds and often away from home doing research.  My father works in carbon dating and my mother is an archaeologist.

They met in the middle east and got married two years later.  I was born 8 months after they got married and my brother 18 months after.  I take after my mother mostly with her aqua blue eyes and wavy dark hair.  I have my father's defined jaw line though and full bottom lip.  They tell their friends that I managed to inherit the best of them.

My brother has strawberry blond hair which is a shade lighter than our fathers and his hazel eyes.  I love my family even if my parents are often away.  My grandmother took care of us until she died 4 years ago.

I was placed in a private school for the gifted after my elementary teacher told my parents to get me tested.  I then went to private school that was a short bus ride away.  I was the youngest one there at 6 as the school took children from age 8.  There was another older boy who was the youngest of his year but as he was 5 years older he was in a different part of the school than me.

I made friends though, mostly boys as girls didn't seem to like me much.  I was told by my friends it was because, I spoke my mind and would not back down.  I laugh a little at the memories of girls stamping their feet or yelling at me.   I started wearing glasses after puberty hit and started getting attention from both sex's.  The glasses seem to help me blend in more or something.  I think the first thing people see are the glasses so they do not look any further.

"Kensi, you will remember to text or FaceTime won't you?" Kelly asks as he walks into my room.

"Of course I will keep in touch.  You are my little brother after all and I will want to check in that you are doing okay.  I will also have you visit if you want? You might like America?" I answer

He lays on my bed watching me pack.  "What is the mob going to do without you?" he asks

"Hey mob is a bit much! There is only the five of them? You make them sound like a mass and part of the mafia or something?" I joke with him.

"Max is cool, I liked his latest movie.  Sui always has his head stuck in a book? The twins think of nothing but girls and sport.  Pete I find it hard to understand what he is saying his German accent is too strong" he contests

I smile at him as I know he loves it when they all come over and want to play with him.

"Pete was the one that fixed your Gameboy?" I remind him and he nods his head.

"He is a whiz at tech stuff but when he tries to explain things it always puts me to sleep" he admits.

"Max has just signed a 5 year deal with MG for a total of 3 movies, a drama and a possible web series.  So, he will be in America.  Sui has accepted the offer by Washington State to do his degree in computer science.  The twins have been head hunted by Vancouver University.  Alex will be joining the ice hockey team and AJ will be joining the football, I mean soccer team" I inform him.

As I am going to Seattle university we are not that far from each other.  I want to get my driving licence as soon as I can.  With my duel nationality, I will be able to take my driving licence as soon as I can.

"So it is only Pete that isn't going to be in America?" he asks

"Pete still hasn't decided whether he wants to go back to Germany and learn from his father or go to Toronto and carry on with his business degree.  I think he really wants to carry on with his studies" I admit thoughtfully.

Kelly is intelligent too but he likes his normal school life much more than studying.  He goes to a boarding school during the week now our Grandmother is no longer with us.  At weekends he choices if he wants to come home with the housekeeper or visit with friends.  When our parents are away.

"I heard Mum and Dad talking about American boys and all they want to do is party and get laid" Kelly tells me.

I laugh and shake my head "that is a bit of a broad statement to make.  You know I can look after myself" I assure him.

"You will be careful, don't accept drinks that are in glasses or already opened can's or bottles" he worries.

"Hey, I don't drink much and I also took the self defence lessons and youth awareness classes" I say rubbing his head to assure him that I will be alright.  In a past life I had to fight through a war.  I have also took martial art classes during school.

Dad drives me to the airport after a tearful goodbye from my mother and brother.

"Kensi remember you might be mature but you are still just 17.  America law says you are not an an adult until you reach 18 in most states anyway and you are not allowed to drink until you reach 21" he reminds me.

"What age did you have your first drink Dad?" I ask and watch his ears turn red as he splutters out his answer

"I, I it is different for a boy?" I laugh out loud

"I should have recorded that reply and sent it to Mum and that tells me that you were younger than 21" I warn him jokingly.

"Oh, do not try and threaten me with your mother.  I am just worried that you will meet all sorts of delinquents there" he says strongly

"I know Dad, but you should also have some faith in your daughter who has a blackbelt and can look after herself?" I assure him

We pull up to the curb up beside the departure entrance at the airport.  We get out and Dad takes my suitcase from the boot while I grab my hand luggage from the back seat.

"Bye Dad, be safe on your next trip and try and text at least twice a week more if you have a signal?" I say hugging him

He hugs me back and kisses the top of my head.

"Ring once you land and then again when you get to the dorm?" he orders

I nod my head and give him one last hug before taking my luggage and walking towards the doors.  I turn and wave to him and see him dashing a tear from his cheek.

I swallow my own emotions back as I walk into the airport and look for the check-in desk.  I take my glasses from my bag and push them on.  They are just clear glass as I have excellent vision.

I find the check-in desk and check in, before making my way to passport control.  There I have to remove my shoes, jacket, and glasses and place them with my hand luggage in a large tray.

Once through I put everything back on again.  The security guy smiles at me as I move away into the departure waiting area.  There are a number of shops and restaurants.  As well as many seating areas for people to wait for their flight.  I decide to look around the shops a little before finding a place to have a burger before my flight.
