I watch as Matt runs back to me "is everything alright?" I ask he glances behind him and then tries to smile.
"Yeah! Probably some sicko getting there kicks from watching people keep fit or a druggie" he replies.
I can see that he is worried but not ready to say anything yet so, I just nod my head and he walks me back to my dorm.
I put my pen down and stretch my arms over my head. Thank goodness I've finished, fitting in two year's of course exams is a bitch.
I stand and take my paper to the front of the room and place it on the table. I nod to the teacher and leave the room.
"Run then, sleep till my alarm goes off and I have to pick up my friends" I say to myself.
"Hi Kensi all done?" Matt asks as he walks up to me as I exist the building.
"And this would be just a coincidence again?" I say dryly he gives me a sheepish smile and nods his head.
He walks beside me back towards the dorms "have you eaten?" he asks
"No, I was going to go for a run then sleep for 14 hours straight" I tell him.
"Food is better, than a run you will sleep better on a full stomach" he reprimands
I glance at him and then smile "fine, I will go and eat" I say.
We walk past the dorm entrance and towards the canteen.
"You finished early?" he says glancing at his phone and then looking around before looking back at me.
He has been bumping into me often over the last two weeks. I know he is concerned over something, but still seems to be hesitant on telling me what it is.
"It was just first year chemistry" I say shrugging.
We enter the canteen and I look towards Matt as he follows me in.
"What? I have to eat too" he says once we have our food. We sit together and talk about our plans over the break.
"I am picking the gang up from the airport tomorrow at 1pm all expect Pete he will becoming on a later flight and will make his own way to the hotel" I say.
"Is the car alright?" he asks he found me a 2018 Ford Taurus, grey.
It runs really well and comfortable to drive. "Yes, thank you. I like the fact that it is economical. I have not had the chance yet to use the cruise control. I might get the chance over the break" I tell him.
He nods and smiles "My friends will descend day after tomorrow" he says.
"Are they coming from all over?" I ask
"Only one isn't flying from London, UK and that's Zee he is driving up from San Francisco he really doesn't like to fly much" he answers.
I raise my eyebrow at him remembering my poor fingers.
He smiles and shrugs "he is worse than me" he defends.
"AJ and Alex where going to drive down from Vancouver but they heard that the lines at the boarder can be hours long. So they decided to fly out. They land at 1pm, then Max and Sui will land at 1:50 all being well" I tell him
"I hope the campus isn't as busy because I want Max to be able to walk around freely" I add a little worried
"Believe me it will be quiet, always is the first break. Everyone has had enough and takes off" he assures me.
We eat our meal while talking about our friends. Once I have finished I can't stop the yawn and cover my mouth.
"Sorry I only got four hours last night" I apologise
Matt stands and takes our trays, then comes back and I stand swaying a little as tiredness really hits.
"Hey are you alright?" he asks concerned holding my arm to steady me.
"Yeah, I really need sleep" I slur and we start to walk out towards the dorm again.
My body feels as though it is heavy put also light and my head is feeling fuzzy. "Matt I'm sorry" I say before everything goes black.
Matt POV
"Matt I'm sorry" she says and then starts to slump towards the floor. I catch her before she falls completely.
"Shit, silly girl and you thought you'd go for a run" I mutter as I pick her up.
I ignore the stares as I march towards her dorm. I go up to her room and take her key from her pocket and open it. Thankfully her eye blinking room mate isn't here.
I kick the door shut and lay her down on the spare bed. While I pull the covers down on her bed.
I know its her bed as she has pictures of her and her friends on the wall above it. I take off her shoes and socks and the wrestle with her so I can take her jacket off.
She is still wearing her jeans and T-shirt but that will do. I lift her again and place her in her bed.
Once she is covered, I get a bottle of water and place it beside her bed. She smiles in her sleep as she turns on her side and snuggles into her pillow. I can't help the smile that forms and take out my phone and take a picture of her sleeping.
I send it to her with the caption 'thanks for the warning' and leave her to sleep.
I turn the deadbolt before leaving her room and check the door is locked, before heading back to my own place.
Security have been keeping a close watch of all campus camera's since I chased that guy. They have spotted him a few times since, always near where Kensi is. It has been reported to the Dean and he has reported it to the police.
But as he hasn't done more than watch? I know he is following her, but he seems to know how to keep away from the cameras. So, I took it upon myself to meet her after her exams and walk her to wherever she is going. I would have told her room mate but she seems not to really care about her. I shake my head as I walk across the road and up the few steps to my door.
"KEEP YOUR FUCKING HANDS OFF OF HER" I hear being yelled from the trees across the road.
I turn around and smile "no, I don't think I will" I say calmly knowing it will enrage him.
An idea comes to me as I turn and open my door and hear a inhuman growl like sound. I close the door and take out my phone.
Third person POV
"No, I don't think I will!" What the hell does he mean? I'll teach him! He will be sorry he crossed me. She is mine and always will be!" I snarl to myself as I watch him enter his house.
