I stirred. Leaning over me was Silvyr, looking way better then he did yesterday.

'Hey you'd better get up now, your friend Arocraes is being weird ...' He trailed off

I gasped and scrambled to my feet. He stood in the corner of the room facing the wall, about two feet away. He was chanting in Latin maybe? I guess Latin. It sounded like this:

Surge mihi manes, quest ad opus auxilium nobis, et gubernaculis tractanda partem in

I had no idea what that meant but when Arocraes had said it for the tenth time, a ghost appeared. A tall, humanoid translucent person apparated infront of him.

I ran across the room and jumped behind a rock. I didn't want him to know I was watching him do this strange ritual-like thing. It was freaking me out a little, since its not everyday you see a ghost.

Arocraes asked the ghost something in that language again and it responded in the same tongue, as if they were both from Ancient Rome or something. (For those who don't know, the Romans spoke in Latin). Then, without warning, the ghost dissapeared, and Arocraes turned and called out
'Hey, Fi, Silvyr, I know your there and up, so c'mon out'

I crept out from behind the rock and hugged him. I wasn't sure why, I just needed it after my dream and seeing him doing whatever he was. I then pulled out and held him at arm's length, looked him in the eye and asked:
'What were you doing? And what language was that, like what did it mean?'

He took a deep breath.
"I've been meaning to tell you Fi, and you Silvyr, that I'm a Necromancer. I commune with the dead. Back there, you heard me saying 'Surge mihi manes, quest ad opus auxilium nobis, et gubernaculis tractanda partem in' which is Latin for 'Rise my ghosts, for we need assistance on our quest, and guidance on direction' That ghost that appeared is one of the souls of someone who solve the maze, but died soon before he could reach the end. He projected the way into my mind, its just ... at a fork in the road, from one of the tunnels a dagger came flying out of the gloom and stabbed his heart. A shade, also known as a demon, took his soul to the underworld where he will rest for eternity. I hope you don't hate me for this,"
