Were in camp? Part 1, truth or dare part?????

yes, this is a chapter ppl, sorry for the big delay, my class is doing some grammar books, and its the hardest thing I've done in a while. posting a chapter every week is kinda hard. I'm trying my best, next chapter in next week and a half??

Nico woke up to light and comfy bleach smelling sheets,he was in the infirmary and he really wanted to sleep so snooze y'all-. Nico rubbed his hands together,he was in the INFIRMARY!! They Were back at camp.

What had happened to the monster? Where was Will?What day was it? Nico's silent questions seemed to reverberate off the walls because a few minutes later someone walked in. the weird expanding not dead outline meaning it was a child of apollo. Nico silently hoped it was Will, though he'd never admit it. Nico REALLY didn't like the not knowing feeling,it made him feel exposed and raw. He checked his energy reserves to see if he had enough to summon a ghost.

He didn't it seemed,nico sighed. Whoever walked into the infirmary froze.

"Nico? Are you awake?"

Nico nodded and turned face down so he wouldn't have to make eye contact. This person wasn't Will.

"Im Erbence but everyone calls me Erben or Beny, my dad's apollo"

Well that answered his questions. Nico decided to ask one of his questions.

" Do children of Apollo just start glowing when they're happy?"

Erbence or Erben(pronounce like bourbon) choked on his own spit then stuttered out."o-oh y-yeah we d- *cough* do"

Nico hummed, he had guessed that but it was nice for it to be confirmed.

"Can I ask why you're glowing?" There was a couple of seconds of silence and a distinct shuffling sound.

" i-i uhhhh u-u-ummm" nico guessed Erben was blushing and fidgeting badly.

"You know never mind,do you know where Will is?"

The shuffling sound stopped and Nico heard paper flipping.

"Yeah, he's just eating lunch" Nico,who had discovered that the pillow slightly muffled his voice and was not very suffocating (the nerve honestly) just held up a thumbs up in response.

He was hungry,hungry! The fact that he was hungry really indicated how exhausted he was. If he started to think more about food an extra hour's rest or 30 min nap would cisfice. If he started craving food he needed a 2-3hour nap.if he was hungry he needed a good 5 hours rest along with no powers. It was annoying to be hungry. Nico didn't really get hungry,he ate because he knew he should. Now did he eat regularly?no. did he eat more then 3 meals a week?no.

He wasn't just his normal to much shadow travel hungry he was taking a statue around the world hungry. It wasn't as bad as it was during the war but it was more than usual. The closest thing nico could remember to this hunger was when he took percy to the river styx's, he had felt just as tired but not this hungry. That was probably the underworld though,it made your more mortale aspects slowly stop.

Nico heard the flipping sound stop footsteps getting closer.

"Yes?" nico heard a small thump and sqeak.

"U-u-um i uh i-i just umm n-needed to c-cheak on y-you"

"like if i was alive or will i bleed out in five seconds if i don't get medical attention cheak?"

Another squeak.

"u-uh um the second one?"

"do i need to get up?"

"y-yeah,so-sorry" nico sighed and sat up,his eyes still closed.

Nico heard what sounded like a chair get dragged across the floor. After the normal check up on his physical health erben punt down something and scotted his chair closer."Hem hem-'' when erben said this he sounded more grounded,less nervous and far more profencinal.

"- nico do you have any symptoms,ailments?"

"i have major shadow travel exhaustion,though i should be fine with a full night's rest and no powers for like three days.i really am only here because,i'm guessing Will dropped me off here."

Erben hummed.

"yeah he dropped you off here"

Then was a tapping sound

" well you're free to go and find Will,sleep or do whatever you want. You just need to rest and take it easy for this week."

Nico nodded and fell back into his mattress. If he went back to sleep he could summon a ghost. Nico sighed. He gathered the showdowns on his finger tips and let them spread around him. He breathed in there undefinable sent and adjusted his pillow.letting the comforting darkness take him away.

Nico heard fuzzy voices above him. One of them having a slightly higher pitch voice sounding ecstatic, bouncy and kinda whinny....ughhh nico's mind cried percy came to see me.

Nico heard a low,sharp kinda spiky voice chastise percy.jason's here too....great. And With Jason always came a magic eyed girl with the creepiest knife in history.piper, nico honestly had little grievances for Piper,she was annoying but everyone was. The only thing that set her apart from the rest was her knowing looks and suggestive comments. Nico suddenly sensed a shape above him,far to close. Then Jason's voice got spiky again. The thing backed away and Nico heard a soft thwack. Piper cackled,then a calm cool female voice filled the room.

"Leave nico alone,Will will be back any minute and he can answer any question we have. He also wouldn't want us stressing out his boyfriend....so lets go or be nice little demi gods and be quiet."

Percy stopped whatever he was doing and probably puppy eyed her or nodded.

"........Fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnnnne annie"

a fabric shuffling sound followd,probly percy flopping around.

Nico sighed and got up,he may have thought they were annoying but they had to come see him. That had to count for something right?

"Hi losers," his voice sounded scratchy and sleepy,that was new.

The room went deadly quiet and seemed to be frozen.

Then there was another thwacking sound,like a book or rolled up paper.

"Great job seaweed brain,you woke him up!" thwack,thwack. A scream that sounded waaaay too terrified to be jason. Honestly,Percy had fought giants,ran towards "the end" of the world more times than Nico could count without any real visabol fear but a mildly angry annabeth chase was enough to make him scream like a child.

Nico chuckled and flicked his pointer finger conjuring up Eveon. Eveon was just a teen that had died of blood loss just like many others. Eveon seemed to be enjoying their after life but nico couldn't really tell. Nico had no idea what they looked like though. Eveon had a nice creamy voice though.

A creak sound and nico heard his new favorite sound,Will giggling.

 i hope that was good, eat food,drink water,take a shower,take your meds if you need them and sin or else Jesus died for nothing right?
