nico's pov

Nico woke up in warmth.much more warmth than he ever experienced in his life.nico also had a rocking headache and he meant rocking.it was many of the side effects of shadow travel.shadow travel? Nico wondered where he was. Spain or portugal? wait reyna's arms weren't this skinny,scrawny(that's not to say Will doesn't have muscle,no it's just reyna is reyna and no can top her in that department) or warm, hunh? the coaches? no his would have a lot more hair.where was abby or monee? He had no aid and he was in someone's arms.

then the past events hit nico.as for whose arms he could be in ....well only one person had arms his warm.half of todoroke or will solace.nico guessed it was will.will! Nico constantly snuggled into the arms. Wiiillllll~ his mind ozzed.'no nico! Why is he caring for us?!' The voice in Nico's head was sensible.

Okay first what did he have to do?call one of his ghosts! They would inform him of the citation.wait..nico couldn't do that. We had wasted all his energy taking Will and him somewhere.he'd have to rely on his senses.well maybe monne didn't disperc in cabin 1! Nico could try calling her fourth,yeah!

Nico flicked his shoe.it was a small enough movement that it seemed like he had just done it in his sleep.nico waited.no whizzing sound,no cold pat on the head not even a chill.dammit! Nico decided to get Will's attention.

"Hem '' will stop walking for a moment.nico could feel his eye on him.then will continue walking. His eyes didn't leave nico's...?well nico didn't know, he was blind.but he was definitely staring at nico.

"Will? Why Are you caring for me?" Nico's voice was calmer than it should have been.honestly.will seemed to have interpreted his tone as the 'what are you doing?' one you might get from a mother.it was probably loaded with just as much menace.will gulped.

"Um nico,you might have fainted...because i came with you i'm so sorry" oh well that made sense.nico studied his energy reserves, in one hour he could summon monne, in two he could get himself to america in 3 he could get himself and will to america.well if he was asleep.nico couldn't really fall asleep at the moment.so if he was awake it took double the time to get enough energy to fo stuff.so in six hours or four if nico took a nap, they could get back to america.great.he might as well stay awake.

" Where are we in Britain?" will gulped again."we-were in ......france" "WHAT?!" will flinch slightly."yeah i know," well they'd be home in about eight hours if nico stayed awake.great! "Will.....umm we're not gonna be home for at least five hours and that's if i take a three hour nap" will nodded.at least it felt like he nodded. Nico had no idea.

"Where are we going?" will stopped walking agan.it felt like his head was turung back and forth. Then will was running, they stopped aa second later."were going to a park to crash in for a while" nico hummed.made sense.when nico could walk he going to sit on the swings.childish but they were gonna be there for some time so-.wait.. Nicov couldn't really do that.

He was blind (this is not to say blind people couldn't do things, no it's just nico is used to having a ghost to constantly guide him and he's in a foren country,also he's a demigod so not a good combo.)he had no guide,no ghosts.

He still had his not death aurora thing but inatamit objects were almost impossible to see,mostly because they were not dead or alive.also nico couldn't actually see with not death arthur's, he could vaguely sense.

Nico could faintly sense light but that wouldn't really help that much.he couldn't read,he couldn't speak french, sure italian and french shared some basic similarities like small words or roots but that was it.he was a child of hades,he must have smelled better than any food nico could think of to the monsters,the only better smelling demi gods were probably the wanted children of the big three.nico snapped his thoughts from self laughing.

Nico had two choices at the moment.choice one, tell will he was blind and ask....for...help. Nico's mind mentaly snarled at 'asking for help'. Nico didn't need help(he did),he didn't need pity. He was a fully able demigod! He was much stronger than will and he didn't need help!

Choice two,take an hour nap and summon a ghost.nico divided that taking a nap was a good safe idea.but...asking Will to drop him off at the swings would work too.but there was also all the complications that came with swinging on swing without sight. He could accidentally hit a kid or Will! Both of those were terrifying ideas. Kids hurting was one of those things that reminded Nico of bianca. She was too young, she was hurt.crushed to death.

Nico felt a tear roll down his face.nico wiped it away and thickened the shadows around him.there were many to pick from.way to many. Nico gathered that it was the middle of the night or early morning in France, their time zone was definitely ahead.

He dropped a thick layer of shadows over him. Will get saved in them too.unless you were a child of hades or a creature of the underworld you couldn't really see or sense the shadows.

Will stopped and made a confused sound and shrugged.then kept walking.couldn't really didn't mean couldn't notice.nico had found that most demigods did that when he wrapped shadows around them.

Will stopped fully,Nico's eyes were closed.''Nico was here ''Nico nodded sleepy.nico would take a little nap and figure the im totally vulnerable thing in france when he woke up.

(oh also the reason nico didn't know he was in france was because he was barely awake when he was told the last chapter.)

A/N okay so im 13 and in school. i was only able to finnish the last two chapters because of my science class.i have science class on a computer, i finish my work early so i have time to write a bit each class.so there might be a chapter every week or so but i my school is having the science fair so i have had a lot less free time, i'm deeply sorry for the inconvenience.i will try to churn out some more chapter's when i have time.there is something you can do to help me post more often,any comments about my work (constructive criticism helps too) makes me want to write more.my story used to have some reads but no comments so i thought no one really wanted new chapters.apparently i was wrong.voting is also good.i like any feedback,most writers do.thank you for your reads its makes my day.
