Chapter 1: The Text

Tubbo's POV-

I suddenly opened my eyes, groaning to the sound of beeping flooding through my ears.

"Ugh...what time is it-" I mumble to myself.

I look at my alarm clock and it shows, 9:01pm -hang out with Tommy.

"Oh whoops!" I say out loud as I push my blankets aside and jump out of bed.

I sprint-walk over to my wardrobe, grabbing some socks, green t-shirt, and some jeans and just slip them on quickly.

I glance over at my clock and shut my eyes for a moment, since I had got out of bed so abruptly my head hurt a slight bit.

Once my head felt better I opened my eyes and sprinted out of my room, spotting my younger sister, Lani, but walking past her.

"Hey! Where are you going in such a rush?" Lani asks from a distance.

"I'm going to hang out with Tommy!" I say back and go to the pantry and grab a bag of chips.

I sit down for a moment and open my chips, eating them quite fast.

"Hey that isn't breakfast you know?" I hear my mum say to me once she enters the room.

"It's almost my birthday, can't it slide?" I smile and continue eating peacefully.

"Oh my lord, fine, Tubbo." She laughs slightly and goes back to whatever she was doing before she entered the room.

I sigh and realize I've finished my chips once I look in the bag and there's nothing left.

I stand up hastily and walk over to the trash can, throwing my chips in.

I go and run to my mum's room because presumably that's where she was, I knock on the door and wait for a "come in" before entering.

"I'm going to hang out with Tommy, bye mum." I say.

"Bye sweetie, be safe." She says preventively.

"I will, mum" I say convincingly with a smile.

I close the door and hurry back to the kitchen and from there to the front door.

I swipe up my keys quickly and rush out the front door, heading to my car.

-friendly reminder: Tubbo has his license, Tommy is 16 almost 17 and doesn't have his license, Tubbo is 17 almost 18.-

I get to my car and open up my door, jumping into the seat and starting the car, closing the door.

I quickly pull out my phone to text Tommy.

Me:

Hey Tommy I'm on my way.

Tommy:

Okay Tubbo, I will be waiting.

Me:

Okay Tommy :)

Tommy:

Shut up :)

Me:

Ouch Tommy.

Tommy:

Suck it up.

I giggle a bit, placing my phone down and starting to drive out of the driveway and onto the street and away.

I continue driving for a bit, I have picked up Tommy so many times I know where he lives by heart.

I come to a stop sign, waiting a bit before going, spotting Tommy's house in the distance.

I drive up to it and put the car in park while I hop out and start walking up the sidewalk.

Once I reach the front door I ring the doorbell and knock once, patiently waiting.

The door opens a bit, revealing a woman, maybe around 5'7, with long blonde hair.

"Hello Mrs.Innit" I smile a bit.

"Hello darling, I'm guessing you're here for Tommy?" She asks.

"Yes, miss" I confirm politely.

"Okay, TOMMY!! YOU'RE FRIEND IS HERE!" She turns around and yells out.

"OKAY MOTHER" I hear Tommy yell, I perk up a bit.

I see her stand to the side and Tommy replaces her spot.

"Ello Tubbo" Tommy says to me.

"Hi Tommy!" I say enthusiastically.

"Let's go" He grins slightly.

"Yeah, bye Mrs.innit!" I wave to his mum and take his hand, dragging him along with me.

"Bye Tubbo! Have fun!" She yells back while closing the door.

I smile and continue bringing Tommy to my car.

We reach my car and I let go of his hand so he could actually get in.

I open the driver-side door and he opens the passenger door, both of us hopping in the car.

I bring the car out of park-mode and turn to drive-mode, pulling out of his driveway and onto the road.

I decide to be annoying and turn on the radio and play some music to sing along to.

Me and Tommy's favorite song comes on, called Wonderwall, I giggle a bit.

"Oh my gosh Tubbo really?" He laughs a bit.

"Yeah Tommy! Sing with me! I know you love this song!" I laugh humorously.

"Fine Tubbo but I won't enjoy it" He says.

"Then so be it, but sing with me at least" I say smiling widely.

"Here I'll start, Today is gonna be the day that they're gonna throw it back to you" I sing out.

He scoffs, "By now, you should have somehow realized what you gotta do".

We continue singing for a while, up to the chorus.

"Because maybe!" I shout-sing.

"You're gonna be the one that saves me!" He sings back.

"And after all!" I sing.

"You're my wonderwall!!" He sings back, laughing.

I smile, laughing as well.

Once we finally reach the park, I park my car and hop out, admiring the beautiful environment.

"I love the park Tommy" I say grinning.

"Yeah I know you do." He rolls his eyes playfully.

We go and sit down at a bench and start talking about many different things.

Soon enough in about the middle of our conversation I hear my phone buzz, looking down and see a text from my mum.

"Hold on" I say to Tommy and he nods.

I open up messages and scroll down to reach "mum" and open up the message.

Mum:

Hey honey, I should've told you this sooner but we're moving...to Alaska..., you might want to say your goodbyes to your friend.

Heyo, first chapter is complete poggg

I saw this TikTok this morning and now I have an urge to do that AU-

BUT it's fine I won't abandon this one xD

Also I can't believe l'manberg is gone....you don't know how much I want to smack Dream LMAO

I wasn't gonna cry honestly then Wilbur or whoever said to do the l'manberg anthem one last time so I decided to join them and once I did I immediately started crying, being so emotional is a real curse sometimes.
