Olivia deeply sighed.

Her mom looked at her with a confused face.
"What's wrong sweetie?"

"I don't want to go to school..."

"And why is that?"

"Cause.....it's of Lucy..." replied Olivia.

Lucy is Olivia's bully. She didn't know why she bullied her though.....

When they were in kindergarten they were best friends. But In 6th grade Lucy started to hang out with the popular girls while Olivia was left
alone....

The popular girls changed Lucy a lot. She wasn't the nice and helpful person she used be, but Olivia made one best friend during her time in 7th grade. It's now 8th grade.

"Well maybe you guys should try and talk, you know be friends like in kindergarten right?" Said Olivia's mom.

"Yeah...thats not happening." Said Olivia
Her mom sighs.

After breakfast Olivia rushes to the bus stop almost missing it.

On the bus she see's Lucy and tries to avoid her but the bus is small, so the only seat is in front of Lucy.

"Hey look it's the nerd!" Said Lucy

"Hey." Replied Olivia

Lucy's confused.

Usually Olivia would just ignore her and do whatever she needs to do.

"Didn't know the loser can speak." Said Lucy.

"Well I can, so."

Lucy's in shock.

Olivia has never acted this way.

They arrive at school. 1st period was always tiring but it went by fast.

At lunch Olivia sat with her best friend, Mia.

"Ughhhh I had a test today and it was 30 questions!! I'm pretty sure I got like half of them wrong though but anyways...." Said Mia.
Olivia wasn't paying attention.

She really didn't like fighting with Lucy it was tiring and painful.

She was trying to think of ways they could be friends but then went back into focused when she heard Mia calling her name.

"Huh? What? Sorry I zoned out."

"I was saying.....do you know who your taking to the dance on Friday? The whole school will be there!!" Said Mia

"Ohh that's right the dance! I haven't really thought about it so I don't know who im going with."

It was the 8th grade dance before "graduation".
They did it every year for the 8th graders since they where leaving the school and going into high school.

"Well that's the bell, we should hurry to our next class!" Said Mia.
They both got up and started to get there stuff and go.

Mia headed off to her next class since she carries a small bag of the stuff she needs for the day.

Olivia went to her locker to get the stuff she needs for next period when Lucy comes and walks up to her.....

"Hey loser what are you doing." Said Lucy.
She had some of her friends behind her.

"Nothing now go away."

"Awww cmon don't be like that!"
Lucy laughs still in some shock that Olivia talked back, then slaps Olivias books on the floor.

"Stop." Said Olivia

"Or what?" Said Lucy

"Your gonna call your dad? Ohhh that's right! He's in jail!"

Olivia didn't think. By then she was attacking Lucy.

They were caught and split up by one of the teachers.

"You to need to learn how to get along with each other and stop fighting!!!!" Said the teacher, "Principals office now!"

They both started walked to the principals in silence.

They had never really fought physically. But what Lucy said triggered Olivia....
