Lucy and Olivia waited about a week before telling there moms because they didn't know how they where going the react to all this.
After both of them finally got the courage to go and tell there moms they decided to do it when there in a good mode on the weekend where they were all outside on a nice summer day.
"Mom..." Said Olivia.
"Yes dear?" Replied Olivia's mom.
"You to mom.." Said Lucy.
"Yes?" Replied Lucy's mom.
"Uhm me and Olivia are..."
"Me and Lucy are..."
"Spit it out!" eagerly asked Olivia's mom.
"Me and Lucy are dating!" Blurted Olivia.
Lucy and Olivia looked at each other.
"You owe me 20 bucks ha!" Said Lucy's mom.
Lucy and Olivia where confused.
"Yeah, yeah here you go.." Said Olivia's mom.
Olivia's mom handed Lucy's mom 20 dollars while Lucy and Olivia stood there starring at them.
"What just happened.." Said Olivia.
"I don't know.." Replied Lucy.
"Me and your mother bet on if you to would end up together." Said Olivia's mom.
"I bet you would." Said Lucy's mom.
"And I bet you to would just be friends." Said Olivia's mom.
They all sat the in the loud silence. Starring at one another.
Then they immediately started bursting out laughing.
"So you guys knew and your ok with this." giggle Lucy.
"Of course we are!" They both said.
"Well that's a relief." Said Olivia
"Yeah it is." Said Lucy
They sat there watching the sun start to set with Olivia and Lucy far ahead on a small hill with their parents back at the porch.
Olivia leaned her head on Lucy's shoulder.
"I love you." Said Olivia
"I love you too." Said Lucy.
