Chapter One

'Circle of Friends'

"Min." A certain girl called out to her. The thai look up only to see one of her close friend running to her. "Miyeon~ah." she smiled.

"The others are looking for you." Miyeon sat beside Minnie on the grass field. "We've been looking for you. Soyeon was so close to losing her mind." Minnie chuckled. "You know that wouldn't happen right?" Minnie glance at Miyeon.

Minnie stood up as she stretch her hand out for Miyeon that the older gladly took. The thai pulled the older up.

Miyeon was dangerously close to her right now. She was staring at Miyeon as she leaned closer and closer. The older wasn't moving she let Minnie do what she wants.

"Unnies." Minnie immediately back away looking down. 'What am I even thinking?' She asks herself. They were welcomed by a panting Yuqi. "We've been waiting for you two. Let's go." Yuqi smiled at the two which the two returned back.

Minnie was ahead from Miyeon and Yuqi.

"What just happened there?" Yuqi questioned her unnie who was spacing out. When the second maknae noticed that Miyeon was silent and wasn't answering her question she glance at her.

"She got it bad." Yuqi chuckled.

"Minnie unnie." Miyeon look ahead of her and saw Minnie already sitting beside Shuhua. Yuqi can feel the tension building up when Minnie sat beside Shuhua. 'These two are so hard to handle.' Yuqi thought as she sat beside Soyeon.

Miyeon sat beside Soyeon with Soojin in front of her. The eldest noticed that Soojin was quiet well she is as always but there is something that caused her to be quiet. Miyeon glance at Shuhua and Minnie who was happily talking together.

"Rock"

"Paper."

"Scissors."

The maknae yelled. They all heard Minnie groaning. Miyeon look at her hand. 'She lost?' Miyeon was surprised.

M I N N I E -

Yuqi laughed when I lost for the first time. "For the first time we're going to eat our foods with Minnie unnie's money." I rolled my eyes getting up with my wallet in my hand.

"Same orders?" Minnie asks all of them nodding their. She looks at Miyeon who didn't repond to her. "Miyeon~ah." I called out to her but she didn't look at me. 'She's spacing out again.' I shook my head smiling.

"I'll be back." I left our table as I walk in line.

"Minnie?" I look back and saw Bambam behind me. "Bam."

"Lisa invited me to her party this weekend. Wanna come?" he asks. "You mean tomorrow?" I laugh. Bambam lowered his head in embarrassment. "Yeah tomorrow actually."

"I'll think about it besides even without invitation from that stick girl. I'm still invited." I chuckled knowing that Lisa's house was actually just beside her. Bambam nodded as I turned my attention back to the cashier.

I was holding one tray but it was full of food. I placed it on our table. "Your favorite." I hand it to Miyeon who look up at me. I decided to sit beside Soojin so I can be in front of Miyeon instead. "Can you feel the love tonight?" Yuqi suddenly sings as we all look at her.

"It's not yet evening Yuqi." Shuhua stated. "I mean can you feel the love in the air?" she changed the lyrics as we laugh at her.

"We can't feel any love in the air so just eat your food." Soyeon commented. These two really love to tease each other but I'm happy that their relationship is stable. Well Soojin and Shuhua. I don't know why Soojin doesn't like to show it to Shuhua but we all know how much she adores and love our maknae.

Don't think about me and Miyeon. We're in the same circle of friends but I can't bring myself to confess. We're stuck between this two couples while we're just eating silently.

"Minnie can you help me tomorrow?" I heard her soothing voice. I glance at her and she was looking at me intently. "Of course as long as I can do it." I said while smiling. "I haven't started my report. I mean I can do it but I don't know how to start at all." She sighed.

"Let's talk about that later. Eat first. I don't want your stomach grumbling while we're in the class. The two if us are both in our last year already while Soojin and Soyeon were in their third year and the maknae are still freshmen.

"Minnie." she whined causing for the others to look at us. "Ohh whining." Yuqi stated. I chuckled when Miyeon glared at her. She's so innocent but when she glares at you. You have to run for your life but eventually Yuqi doesn't have to run.

I stood up as I was finish eating already. "You don't have any classes this afternoon right?" I ask Miyeon who was still eating her food. When she was finished she look up to me. "Yeah." she answered. I shook my head when I noticed that there was a sauce at the side of her lips.

I was about to wipe it but my mind thought of something. I saw the others was looking at us. I leaned closer to Miyeon. My lips was in contact with the side of lips. I lick off the sauce. I back away as I wipe it off making sure that there wasn't anything left.

I noticed her flaming cheeks. "Let's go." I held her hand as I grab her bag carrying it.

"Minnie unnie is becoming brave day by day." Shuhua commented with a laugh. "Oh you wouldn't know. Those two almost kiss each other awhile ago when I looked for them." Yuqi stated.

"Let them be." Soojin leaned her head to Shuhua's shoulder. "You tired?" the maknae asks as Soojin nods her head.

"We'll get going now." Shuhua look at Soyeon who was already standing. "Want to have some ice cream?" Shuhua asks the girl beside her.
