Would Adora have gone to save Catra from Hoard Prime if Glimmer was never captured?
Glimmer couldn't to go to the Black Garnet and try to destroy it. Catra did . She went and tired to scratch it but she couldn't. Hordak was not able to get to the tracker beam in time and only Catra was taken. She isn't sure what side she wants to pick and is now in the hands of Hoard Prime. She can either help destroy Etheria, or help everyone on Etheria.
Meanwhile on Etheria, Entrapta has to vouch for Hordak, Glimmer meets her father and is feeling guilty, and everyone is having to fight against the new Hoard.
