Sitting on your couch with your family is not your ideal weekend, but here I am, a bowl of popcorn in my hands, my brother, Kamen, on my right and my father on my left. Kamen decided to watch Mean Girls, the best chic flick comedy in the history of movies.

I know every word to this movie, I can chant it backwards! Shows how much I get out of this house. My sister, Kayla, went out with her boyfriend and won't be back for another four hours. We are like best friends, nothing can part us, same with Kamen. Did I mention that we're triplets? Yeah, Kayla is the popular one, Kamen is the athlete, and I'm the shy, artistic one.

"Kira, pass the popcorn," Kamen says with his arm stretched out, not taking his eyes off the screen. The only reason he watches it is because Rachel McAdams is like the most gorgeous woman in the whole world, I can't blame him.

I pass him the bowl I have been hogging down for the past half-an hour, and stretch my legs out on his lap. He doesn't seem to mind as his eyes are glued to the television set.

I pull out my phone and text May, my super ultra best friend.

Me: What's up?

May: Nothing. Hbu?

Me: Stuck watching Mean Girls again for the fifth time this week. :(

May: U want me 2 come get u?

Me: Yes!!! You're a life saver!

May: I know. C u in twenty.

I put my phone in my pocket and slide my eyes back to the screen.

The door bell chimes through the house, making me jump off the couch and accidentally kick Kamen in the shin. "Jesus, Kira! Watch what you're doing!" he scolds, holding his leg close to his chest.

"Sorry," I say, running to the front door.

A bright and beautiful May stands in front of me, smiling like the sun. She's one of the popular girls, but she chose me over a posey of bitchy girls. I love her like one of my sisters.

"I have to get my jacket," I say before running up the stairs.

Searching my room for a jacket is like a nightmare. Kayla came in this morning to get some clothes and they're everywhere. I look under my bed, in my bathroom, and in the back of my closet. I'm starting to get frustrated, when I find it in my window sill.

I run down the stairs with my jacket in my hand and stand in front of May. "Shall we?" she asks, holding her arm out.

"Yes we shall," I answer, linking my arm with hers.

We skip down my driveway in the direction of her red Corvette.

"You need these!" May states, throwing a pair of black leggings at me.

I eye them as if they're a foreign food. "You know I don't wear leggings, May," I exclaim.

"Well, you are now."

She ushers me into the dressing room to try on the clothes in my hands. "Hurry up. We need to get something to eat before I die of starvation!" she whines as I look at myself in the mirror.

I don't look bad, I've never seen myself with this tight of clothes. The closest I've seen myself wearing girly clothes is by looking at Kayla because we are identical.

I walk out of the dressing room with the clothes in my hands. "Are you getting them?" May asks hopefully.

"Yes," I sigh in defeat.

"Yay!"

*.*.*.*

"So, what's going on with you and Kamen?" I ask, poking her with a straw.

"What do you want to know?" she asks back.

"I know you two like each other."

She tries to hide a blush. "Do not."

"You two could get married, and we can be sisters!"

"No, no marriages Kira. We're still in high school. I'm still thinking about my future."

"Your future with my triplet brother?"

She gives me a warning glare before eating a spoon-full of her ice cream. I shrug it off and continue eating my delicious treat.

*.*.*.*

The past two hours, May has made me run through every store in search of jeans in her size. So far, she's found about nine pairs.

"May, slow down!" I say, trying to catch my breath. She grabs my arm and drags me along with her. I can't even see where we're going because my hair is in my face and it doesn't help that I can't stand to look up in fear of my eyes drying out.

I look back up, just in time to get face planted in a hard chest. I fall to the floor, looking at the person that I ran into. "I'm so sorry," I gasp.

He looks at me with ice cold eyes. I study his face, I've seen him before, but can't quite put my finger on where.

"Get up," he growls angrily. May scrambles to help me onto my feet. He's still staring at me and its making me uncomfortable. "Watch where you're walking," he says before he stalks away.

"Jesus, what's up his ass?" May whispers beside me. I giggle in response and grab her hand, looking at the back of his head as he walks away.
