I look down at my entwined fingers. I can't just tell him why, he'll think I'm a freak! I sigh and look back in his eyes. His gaze moves to my lips.
"I-" I'm cut off by his lips on mine. He grabs me by the waist and pulls me closer to him. I kiss him back, surprising us both. I wrap my arms around his neck and legs around his waist so that I'm sitting on his lap, closing the space between us. He's making noises in the back of his throat. Moans slip from my lips as he kisses my neck, lifting the hem of my dress to where it's just above my waist.
"Blake, dinner's done!" Harriet calls from downstairs.
We jump apart, standing up, breathing hard, and getting rid of the evidence of our make-out session.
Just as we're about to go out the door, I notice rose colored lipstick all around his mouth. I giggle, "You have lipstick on," I say, pointing at his lips.
He scoffs and wipes his lips. "Fuck!" he shouts as he notices that he got red on his white shirt sleeve.
I bite my lip to keep from laughing. He opens the door and walks out.

Dinner's really good. Gabriella made roasted chicken with pasta. "So, Kira, how'd you and Blake meet?" Gabriella asks.
"We're in the same calculus class, he sits next to me," I say after I swallow my food.
"Blake, you never told us that you're in calculus," Harriet accuses.
He rolls his eyes and continues to eat. "Do you have any brothers or sisters?" Gabriella asks me.
"Yeah, I have one brother and one sister."
"Are you the youngest?" Harriet asks. They sure do ask a lot of weird questions.
"We're triplets, but yeah, I was born last."
"Ooh, Blake, you're dating a triplet?" Gabriella nudges his shoulder.
"Well we're-" he kicks me from under the table and speaks up. I silently cry out in pain.
"Yeah, we've been together for half a year."
I cock an eyebrow at him and open my mouth to protest but am rewarded with another kick to the shin.

When dinner finishes, we go back up to his 'room' and I close the door. "What was that about?" I ask.
"They've been telling me for years to clean up my act and get a girlfriend. They never let it go when they see me," he looks out the window.
I sigh and sit next to him. "Then what does that make us?" I ask.
He looks at me. "I don't know."
The words I've been dreading. The words of rejection.

After Blake drops me off, Kayla jumps at me with questions. "What happened? Tell me everything!"
"Well, he brought me to his lesbian aunts' house and we ate dinner..." I trail off.
"And?" she pushes.
"We kind of made out."
"Oh my god!" she hugs me. "I told you he likes you!"
"Yeah, but that's the thing. He kisses me, tells his aunts that we're dating, then he says that he doesn't know if he wants to date me."
"Aww, K, I'm so sorry."
"It fine. Lets go to bed."
She leaves the room and shuts the door. I strip out of the dress and right when I'm picking out my pajamas, there's a knock on my window.
