As I tapped on the post button, I noticed how oddly close he was coming to me. It was one of the many odd behaviors I noticed from him. In the middle of him doing the Renegade, he slightly turned his head to face me for like, three whole seconds. He zoned out for a while after I smiled. Was he catching feelings for me? I mean, maybe, but why should I care? I'd be leaving soon anyway, and he'd figure it out later on. I could just pretend I'm catching feelings as well to not make him feel too lonely.
"What kind of TikTok do you wanna film next?" I asked him, getting a bit closer to him.
He paused for a moment and said under his breath, "One with you... Please."
A panicky feeling began to build up inside of me. I never prepared myself for this. "Um... No thanks," I replied, smiling again to not let him down too much.
"Why not?" He asked, inching even closer. What kind of good reason could I possibly give? I had to think of something, fast.
"Because..."
And that's when I went for it. Right on the lips.
