The next morning, Miguel got ready to go to practice with Johnny, who drove him around in his new car. "See you later, Mila." Miguel kissed my forehead. He's been doing that a lot, lately. By lately, I mean since yesterday. "Don't go to crazy at your boring meditation karate class," 

"Idiot, we do actual karate, too!" I yelled after him, as he slammed the door. "Mama? I'm leaving! Adios YaYa." I kissed her on the cheek and she smiled. 

It took a lot of explaining when I told my mom and grandmother that I was also doing karate. They insisted I start going to Cobra Kai, which I was very quick to decline. Mom eventually said that she didn't care, as long as it wasn't getting in between my brother and I. Boy, was she out of the loop. 

I got to the dojo around 10, immediately going to the back, where I saw my extremely attractive boyfriend punching the punching bag with all of his strength. Sam and Vinnie weren't here yet, so he must have gotten here extra early. 

"Holy shit, you're hot.." I said, a little louder than I wanted to. Robby looked over at me with a smirk. 

"Thanks, babe," he replied. 

"I mean, as great as you look...doing that," I gulped, eyeing his muscles. "What has you so pissed, baby? You're like, tense," I grabbed one of his arms. 

"And you definitely just wanted to touch my bicep. Why didn't you just ask, love?" he flexed, arrogantly, and I slapped him with a chuckle. 

"Moment over," I said, he groaned. "Seriously, Robby. What's up?" I asked him, worriedly. He pressed a kiss to my cheek. He was all sweaty, but I really didn't mind. Especially since every time he kissed me, I'd get butterflies. 

"Nothing, Cami," he smiled. I looked at him, not believing him one bit. He sighed. "My mom left again. With another guy..." 

I frowned. I'd never met Robby's mother. He never asked me to meet her. I didn't think he'd want me to. I didn't mind. He hadn't met my mother either. 

"Babe, I'm sorry. Do you need a place to stay? You could stay with me--" 

"No, Cami." he smiled, softly. "I couldn't. Trust me, I'm okay," 

"Are you sure?" I was tracing his skin with my fingers, looking at him through my eyelashes. 

"Positive," he replied. I sighed, nodding. Robby went back to punching, as I watched him. 

"Look, Miguel I--" I looked over at Sam who was just getting here. Robby did as well, a saddened look on his face. I furrowed my eyebrows. I returned my attention to Sam, who had hung up her phone. 

"I thought it was Aisha," she said to us... more to Robby. 

"You can talk to whoever you want," Robby responded, rudely. 

"Hey, lovebirds," Mr. LaRusso said. "Sam," Mr. LaRusso said, walking through the yard quickly. 

"Am I late? I'm late aren't I? Sorry, I got lost," Vinnie said, dropping his bag on the ground. 

"Vin, you made it," Sam smiled. I smiled as well. 

"Hey, of course I did, Sammie," Vinnie patted her head. "Cam," Vinnie smiled over at me. 

"Vincent," I responded, bumping his fist with my own. 

"Nice shirt," he pointed at my blue tank, and I thanked him. Robby watched us talk, hitting the bag harder than he had been when I got here.
