"Sai, don't let him go," Yamato said as he jumped down and stepped over to where Sai was restraining Kabuto. He used his Wood Style binding Jutsu on Kabuto next before creating a wood clone.
"Sai, what are you thinking?" Naruto questioned, noticing the look on the black-haired male's face. Sai turned to look at him.
"I want to know why you go so far for Sasuke-Kun, and what bonds really are," Sai replied with his usual smile as he faced Tsukiko and Naruto. "According to you two, I still have bonds with my brother. If such bonds are really that important, then I might understand them better if I see you and Sasuke-Kun. That's all,"
"What's so damn funny?!" Sakura demanded when Kabuto began to laugh. Tsukiko turned to look at him with revulsion.
"You idiots don't know the real Sasuke-Kun," Kabuto said.
"Where is Sasuke?" Yamato asked as he stepped forward. But Kabuto remained silent. "Answer me,"
"By now, he's probably finished with his training and has gone back to his room in the inner area," Kabuto replied. Tsukiko turned to look at Sai.
"It's true that Sasuke-Kun left to train with Orochimaru," Sai answered before Tsukiko could question him about this. "I don't think he's lying,"
"Okay!" Naruto replied. "Then, let us –"
"But 'inner area' doesn't tell us much," Sai continued. Tsukiko glanced at Kabuto, who still had his stupid smirk on his face.
"Even I don't know which room," Kabuto said. "This place has rooms and spaces carved out everywhere. There are more than just one or two inner chambers,"
"Then, we'll just have to search all of them!" Naruto responded positively. Kabuto snorted at his confidence.
"That could work," Kabuto said. "You might find him if you search at random like that. But if you aren't careful, you might disturb the wrong bush and have a snake jump out at you. Orochimaru-Sama's room is back there, as well,"
"Well, thanks for being honest with us," Yamato replied.
"Oh, there's no need for thanks," Kabuto said.
"You think we're all going to get killed, don't you?" Yamato said, nonchalant.
"Yeah," Kabuto answered. Naruto moved forward in anger but Tsukiko pulled him back immediately, giving him a look to not freak out.
"I guess we'll see," Yamato replied to Kabuto. He turned to look at Tsukiko, Naruto, Sakura and Sai. "Let's go!" They all nodded in response.
The five of them infiltrated the underground hideout once more and hurried through the corridors as quickly as they could while also holding in their chakra as much as they could as to not be found themselves before they found Sasuke.
"We'll break into two teams and search for Sasuke," Yamato said as they came to their very first prominent fork in the passages. "The teams will be Sakura and myself, and Naruto, Tsukiko and Sai,"
"Usa," Tsukiko replied, nodding. And Naruto quickly nodded as well, not making a fuss anymore – something that Sai noticed as well.
"Focus your chakra if something happens," Yamato told them. "I'll rush to you as quickly as possible. Tsukiko, stick with them. Okay! Move out!"
Tsukiko, Naruto and Sai set off down the path on their left, with the white-haired girl activating her Byakugan as she ran, looking right through the doors to different rooms that appeared on their either side. The wooden doors seemed to be the only things that were not running with Chakra.
