"Kakashi Sensei!" Naruto called out from the platform where he was standing with his clones. "Don't I need more clones?" Kakashi looked away from his book and over to the blond.
Tsukiko opened her eyes from where she was standing, trying to concentrate on her surroundings to absorb the Water Chakra before she attempted to strike at the rocky rampage in front of her. She wondered what Naruto wanted to do with more clones. She looked up, noticing it was already evening.
"You won't be able to break the waterfall unless you generate large amounts of wind-natured Chakra," Kakashi replied, going back to his book. "The more clones you make, the less chakra each one gets. Besides the waterfall is only wide enough for ten of you,"
"What? Who cares?" Naruto and his clones complained in response. "Then give me a tip so I can get better at this!"
"You're not keeping the chakra inside your body long enough," Kakashi replied. "Take your time and do it right..."
"But if I take too long, I won't be able to use it in a fight," Naruto responded.
"Look, you're training right now," Kakashi said. "You don't have to worry about actual combat. You'll get faster as you get used to it,"
"But," Naruto started.
"You know, nature manipulating normally takes years," Kakashi interrupted. "Even cutting a leaf in half is supposed to take six months!"
"You managed it in just a few hours," Yamato said. "There's no need to rush. You're advancing much faster than we expected,"
"When I taught Chidori to Sasuke, a true genius, it took him several long days to get Lightning element down," Kakashi said.
Tsukiko looked up in surprise – she had never known that. She could now imagine just how much Sasuke had worked hard with all those Lighting Style Jutsus. Clearly, they were as tough for him as Earth Style was for Tsukiko. This also resonated with Naruto, who stomped his foot on the wood.
"I've got to catch up to Sasuke!" Naruto exclaimed. Tsukiko looked toward him.
"Tenzo," Kakashi said, walking over to Yamato and whispered something to him. Tsukiko was more curious about the fact Kakashi called Yamato 'Tenzo'.
"If you say so," Yamato said as he made a couple of hand seals and brought over a large wave of water, stretching the waterfall wider and making the tree longer to cover the waterfall.
"That was a bit much, huh?" Kakashi said as he rubbed the back of his head. Tsukiko shot them a look and moved away from the water.
"No," Yamato said, trying to catch his breath. "I'm completely... fine..."
"How's that, Naruto?" Kakashi asked the blond boy. "No complaints now?" Naruto chuckled and created more clones to cover the trunk.
"Can I concentrate now?!" Tsukiko shouted and Kakashi sweat-dropped, waving his hands hurriedly to keep the white-haired girl calm.
Tsukiko practised all day long, trying to get her Water Style Jutsu to cut through the rock. She and her clones kept making up Water Jutsus to try and smash through the thickness of the rampart. It went all throughout the evening until night when Kakashi stopped both Tsukiko and Naruto from continuing.
Kakashi lit them a fire and they all either sat or laid down around it. Tsukiko stared at the raving fire as she wrapped her arms around her legs as she rested her head on her knees. Naruto had laid down nearby while Yamato was sitting gauntly.
"Hey, don't rush it," Kakashi said as he looked over at his two students, Tsukiko and Naruto. "Your training is going fine, it's only a matter of time,"
