Shit I have a biology test and I haven't revised!

That was my first thought when I woke up, then my I remembered last night. I shot up in bed jolting my dog, Amber. He looked up annoyed before jumping down. Looking around my room I wondered, was it a dream? I was pretty sure it wasn't since I wasn't that imaginative and couldn't even in my wildest dreams, dreamt someone up that beautiful.

Then suddenly I saw the pillows stacked up neatly on my cream sofas armrest. I walked over hesitant, wondering where he was, I glanced at the clock. 8:30. Great I was late, I might have a stranger who may be a serial killer in my house and I had an unrevised biology test. It was turning out to be a brilliant day.

On top of the pillows I saw a note and a single flower. The note read

Dear Fair Maiden,

My life is truly in your debt. I cannot express my gratitude for letting me stay but I only ask one favour; that you wear this flower it's called Heather, press it between something that you carry with you always.

Until we meet again

Christopher.

I picked up the white flower confused, but I did what he said I went over and pressed it between my magnetic bookmarks, because where ever I went I always had a book.

I put the pillows and duvet back inside my cupboard before I heard Linda bellow.

"PHEBOE SMITH, GET YOUR LAZY ASS OUT OF BED NOW! YOURE GOING TO BE LATE FOR SCHOOL AGAIN!"

I pulled back my long brunette hair and shouted back "I'm up okay!"

I sighed and started to get ready for another day of school.

"Shit, shit, crap, crap. I am so screwed" I muttered to myself as I fidgeted. I leaned forward to the front of the car and asked my diver. "Can't you go any faster?"

"Sorry Miss but I'm already got 50mph. I can push to 60 but it's pushing the limit." Jeff answered, his Texan accent lacing his words.

As soon as he arrived I jumped out, the vehicle only just stopping. I shouted thanks as I ran to the gates. Luckily I arrived in my English class within seconds of the bell ringing. Miss Donnelly glared at me, annoyed she missed out again on giving me a detention, I dumped my heavy bag on the floor and stayed standing like the rest of my class - stupid rules.

Miss Donnelly scowled and said loudly "Morning Class" We all muttered morning back "You may sit"

The whole room was filled with the sound of chairs being scrapped across the ground as we all sat; I looked to the person sitting next to me and smiled

"Hey Carla!" I whispered cheerfully, she grunted a greeting back. I frowned confused. "What's wrong?"

In response she lifted up her side fringe along her forehead she had a line of burned skin, probably from straightening her honey, golden hair. I giggled, not meanly just from the look on her face.

"Something funny Miss Smith?" Miss Donnelly said, rounding on me

"No! Miss Donnelly" I sat, widening me eyes and trying to pull an innocent look. The whole class snickered.

Miss Donnelly scowled again, not finding anything to shout to me about, moved onto to explaining what we were going to do again.

"Right today class we are going to be watching a film" The whole class cheered, no work for at least two lesson, my tired mood brightened instantly. "It's on our new topic Shakespeare's Macbeth; it lasts five hours and was filmed in the 1950's. As homework I want you to write a 3500 word essay on it. So make sure you pay attention."
