Chapter XVI

Luna's Pov:

Ginny has been going on none stop for the past few days about something amazing happing of course she hasn't told me wants it to be a surprise I guess. I respect her decision surprises are always entertaining.

Well as long as the wrackspurts don't spoil it they get in your head and make things go fuzzy.

I was reading my copy of the quibbler when I noticed a piece of paper well it looked more like a letter. I picked up my plate and read the letter. 'Oh a party! How fascinating.' I thought to myself. I finished reading it says the party starts right after curfew in the Room of Requirements.

I went back to looking at my plate it was empty I swear I filled it up. Maybe it's the wrackspurts.

I put a bagel on my plate then looked up. I saw Ginny walking over to me with flowers.

"Luna Lovegood-" She started and I started giggling. "-would you like to accompany me to the party this evening?" She finished and handed me the flowers.

"Of course I would." I stood up and she kissed me. She then turned to the rest of Hogwarts surprisingly the Professor's hadn't shown up yet so it we were free to talk about the party.

"Remember you can only get into the party with an invitation!" She then kissed my check and walked back over to the Gryffindor table.

I went back to eating my breakfast then went on with the rest of my day as I normally would.

/Hours later/

Only a hour and thirty minutes left until the party and I didn't have a clue what dress to wear.

I never ever thought I'd be worried about a dress and what exactly to wear.

I was laying in my bed thinking about to what to wear when it popped into my head who to go to.

Draco. I know it's not out there but me and her are really good friends.

I grabbed my wand and walked out of my room to the Ravenclaw tower and down a few flats of stairs then back up another few.

I got to the door of the tower and knocked.

Pansy opened the door.

"Oh Luna hello."

"Hello Pansy."

"Not to be rude but why are you here?"

"I was hoping to see Draco."

"Oh yea she's up in her room, come in."

He moved out of the way and I walked in. I gasped a little because wow their tower was beautiful.

"Her room is all the way up the stairs."

"Thank you." I walked all the way upstairs.

When I got to the door I knocked on it.

A muffled "Coming!"

In a second Draco was opening the door.

"Oh hi Luna!"

"Hi Draco."

"Was there something you need or did you just want to talk."

"I was wondering if you could help me pick out a dress for the party tonight."

"Of course!"

/An hour later/

I stood in front of the mirror.

Mirror's Pov:

Luna's Pov:

"I look so pretty."

"You always look pretty." Draco replied.

"Well thank you."

"You don't have to thank me for stating the truth."

I looked at her to see her smiling.

"Now let's go to the party!" She said putting on her shoes and we walked out of her room and to the party.

(The party time with Luna will be told in the chapter of Ginny's Pov)

I was a little drunk I don't normally drink but I made a exception.

I had lost Ginny and was trying to find her whenever I found a dark little corner where I found two people snogging which wasn't the reason I gasped I mean people snog all the time I was gasping because of who the people snogging were.

I smiled to my self and went to find Ginny.

Also I've chosen to do the party in multiple chapters because I wanted to make sure you guys had more chapters! (And because I have like no motivation)
