UA Traitor (Denki. It's Denki)

Part 14

-Denki POV-

Toga, Dabi, Tomura, and I walk out the front doors of UA like we own the place, stopping on the steps to the school, staring over the no-mans-land between us and the heroes. 

Aizawa stiffened when he saw me, and I didn't even try to stifle my laugh.

Dabi elbows me in the ribs. "Shut up," he snaps, cutting my laugh off in a choke. 

A moment of awkward silence ensues, before Shigaraki claps and says, "SO."

"Yes?" Aizawa growls.

"We're holding your student hostage," Shgaraki explains.

"And Tomura killed one," Toga says, pointing at Tomura.

"I did kill one," Tomura admits.  

"WHAT?" Aizawa shouts in anger.

"Yeah," Tomura mutters, "I got angry and decayed the little purple one."

"Oh okay," Aizawa says, calming down.

"What?" another hero barked, "How can you not care?"

"Oh shut up," Aizawa drones.

"Uhh okay," Dabi says, lighting a fire in his hand, "so we gonna fight or-"

"Shh, shh, shh-" Tomura snaps smacking Dabi's wrist with his elbow to avoid decaying him. "We literally JUST went over the plan before we got here."

"So here's what's happe-" I begin, but Shigaraki cuts me off.

"This is a hostage situation," Tomura announces, "we are have your students, and in exchange for their lives, you are going to let us go free and stop trying to arrest, kill, and/or capture us, or these hotel mold spots will lose their lives."

"Why don't you just use Midoriya as a hostage?" A hero asked from below.

There was another moment of silence before Toga says, "We got to emotionally attached to him to feel comfortable using him in a hostage situation, and there was a lil opening and we neede-" 

"Dude what is wrong with you?" Dabi shouts, "don't tell them that! They can't know we have EMOTIONS or a PLAN!"

"Oh yeah," Toga mutters.

"Mhm," I agree.

"Well," Shigaraki continued, "you fakes stay here ,and we'll scoot. Okay? Okay. Let that grape child's death be a blow on hero society! Mwahahahaha! Okay c'mon guys let's go."

"You were a great teacher!" I call down to Mr. Aizawa. He glares back up at me, seemingly confused and tired and and weirded out at the same time.

"Peace," Dabi says, flipping off the heroes.

"Bye!" Toga giggles, running after us. 

"So that happened," A hero mumbles.

"Who's gonna break the news to All Might?" Another groans. 

"Ohhh he's going to be pissed-" one of the students says.

We walk back into the dorm, and Tomura explains to the others what went down, and how it's time to book it.

"Should we take the loud kid?" Compress asks, holding up the marble the Bakugo is inprisoned inside.

"Uhhh..." Tomura says, staring at the marble, "you know him, what do you think, Denki?"

"I dunno man," I shrug, "he'd be less trouble I guess?"

"HEY!" Kiri shouts, "let Bakubro go!"

"We already kidnapped him one time," Toga says, "and he was so loud. No fun at all."

"Eh okay," Compress says, tossing down the marble and releasing Bakugo as we hop through Kurogiri's portal to the sounds of a screaming Bakugo and Ochako throwing up after finally being freed from the portal loop.

We step out into the main area of the base, to find Izuku and Spinner sitting on the couch in their pajamas, surrounded by a nest of blankets, junk food, and DVDs. They're watching Frozen, and are absolutely belting out Let It Go. In between verses,  they're making comments on the animation, execution, and plot of the movie. 

"What is happening?" Dabi asks, observing the scene.

The two turn around, as if caught in the act. "Hi guys," Izuku says, waving. "how did the mission go? Was anyone hurt?" He hops over the back of the couch and jogs over checking that we're okay and asking about his classmates.

"Want to, uh," Spinner asks, turning to look at us, "finish up the Disney marathon with us? We're going in backwards order, newest film to oldest films, with a little skip to Mulan at the beginning because, you know, movie cravings. We're on Frozen."

"Alright," Toga agrees, "but I'm going to shower first, I feel crusty."

"I'll join in," I say, "I'll just change into my PJs."

"I'm with you guys," Tomura yawns. "But I want the good chair."

"Same," Dabi mutters, flopping onto the ground and taking a blanket.

"I have to go pick up Twice," Kurogiri says, "he'll probably want to join you kids."

"We are not children," Tomura says in his eldritch horror voice. 

"Haha, bye kids," Kurogiri says before leaving to get Twice.

Dabi's out like a light in two minutes, before Toga even gets back from her shower, and Tomura zonks off right next to him on the floor despite claiming the good chair. Toga comes down a bit later, after I've already changed, and we share the good chair, now that Tomura is snoring on the floor. When Twice arrives later, he squishes onto the couch with Izuku and Spinner. Kurogiri opts to stand back at the bar and watch from there, wiping down glasses.

Life is good.

Chapters might not upload as often, due to homework and school. I had to write a social studies paper, and ended up delaying and shortening this chapter.

I'm also very tired. It is late. I'm going to sleep now, have a good night.
