Kiri POV-- [warning: cheesey]
I pick up the phone, and lock my bedroom door.
"Howdy," Denki says from the other end, before loudly sipping something through a straw.
"D-denki?" I ask, not quite believing it.
"Uh...yeh. Who else would it be, my evil twin? Oh wait- I am the evil twin."
"You have a twin???"
"No dummy it's a joke."
I groan. "Why are you calling me? You're a villain! Everyone decided to block your number but I..."
"You could believe the fact that I was a traitor?" Denki asks, his voice softening slightly, and I flash back to the friend I once had.
"...I guess," I answer.
"Don't worry about it, nobody else has my number block either- I guess they all felt similar."
"Oh. But why are you calling? Do you want something? Threats? Ransom? Did you kidnap someone again?"
"Dude, calm down! I just wanted to ask if you could help me out a little bit-"
"Did you get your hands suck in Pringles cans again? Do I need to come to your evil base and break you out of them with my quirk?" I chuckle, sitting down on my bed. I'm trying not to get too comfortable...
"WELL, actually," Denki continues, "I need you to become the Traitor 2.0, the bootleg Traitor Denki, the sHadOw bEhinD thE tHrOnE, the-"
"NO! WHAT THE HECK MAN?" I yell. "WHY WOULD I EVER DO THAT?"
I can practically see him wince the way we used to when Bakugo yelled in our ears, an I feel a tiny bit bad for yelling. But only a bit.
"Okay, okay," Denki tries again, "I get it. I told them it would come to this, and I really don't want it to but- hey Izuku, get your butt over here I'm blackmailing our former classmate."
I freeze. How could I have forgotten they had Midoriya?
"Hi, Kirishima!" I hear Izuku say from the other end of the line.
"Oh my god," I mutter, "Midoriya! Are you okay???"
"What? Oh I'm fine. Don't worry about me, Kiri! don't listen to anything they say, okay? They're not all bad but-"
"He's fine," Denki cuts him off, "just a wee bit salty, and he's getting used to living with us. We've been having a grad ol' time over here."
"I don't know what to think of that," I mutter.
"Yeah!" Denki says, and I can practically see his goofy grin. "Anyway, what I'm trying to say here is that if you don't help us out, or if you tell anyone about this lil' convo, Izuku's in trouble. I'm not happy about it either..." His voice drops on the last sentence, like he's thinking of something unpleasant.
A chill runs up my spine. "You don't mean..."
"Maybe I do mean what you're thinking about, or maybe 'trouble' mean not churros for a week and he has to live on top of the fridge, you'll never know."
"You are extremely confusing," I snap.
"Yeh, I try."
I growl, and hold the phone away from my face for a minute or two, thinking it over. On the one hand, I don't know weather or not Denki is bluffing about hurting Midoriya. On the other, I can't risk calling his bluff and reporting this, then be wrong and have Midoriya get hurt or killed. He's really strong, but he's surrounded by powerful villains and he wouldn't risk any damage to innocents (to be honest, neither would I in that situation, or ever), so he wouldn't risk going full power and injuring civilians. On the other other hand-
