Chapter VII

We was greeted by Princess Melania on our way to the castle. She wore a dark green dress with white jewels around the neckline, orange eyes - was like looking at the Sun setting after a rainy day, the heels she wore probably made her taller then must of the men in this place, they was white with green jewels near the front of the toes, she was also very pretty.

Alucard made me get down on one knee to show respect to the princess. She had 2 guards with her. I wanted to point out the fact she was a person of interesting and yet she only had 2 guards protecting her, but I didn't. We was led to the castle. This place shined in the night sky like Vegas. 2 guards were standing, between them was the giant door to the castle, it was wooden like most castle doors. The guards dropped to one knee has the Princess came closer to them, she waved them to get up. We stopped in front of the doors. The doors cracked open and slowly departed from one another. We continue on our walk, but this time it was through a castle - must bigger then Satan's castle. The inside was made out of amazonite - another name is amazonstone, it's like a teal color stone. We had to go through another set of doors to get to the throne room, but we didn't stop there, we took a left to the dining room, which was huge, I never been in one. There was family pictures hanging on the wall with a table that could seat at least 100 people. The rug under the table was greenish-blue, the table itself was covered with a dark green table covering. We walked to the far end where there was plates, silverware, cups, and napkins set up for 3.

"Please take a seat," The Princess said.

"Thanks you, Princess." Alucard dashed to the other side to take a seat. The Princess herself took the end seating, and I took the one on my side of course.

"Food will be here shortly. Now, may I ask why you are here, Prince Alucard?"

"I thought it be a great time to travel." Alucard give her the grin he give me earlier today.

"And you decided to travel with a human?"

"I was going to eat him once I couldn't find food." He looked at me this time and grin.

Non of the things he was saying was making me feel welcomed on this trip.

"Actually, Princess. We came here to see Gabriēl. My friend here wants to learn how to fight with a gladio and I got in touch with Gabriēl."

"And one of my best soldiers just said 'come on by, I will teach the skinny boy'?"

"I believe he said 'you want me to teach a human on how to fight with a gladio?' And I said yes. Of course I told him I can always find someone better and he did agree to teach my friend here."

A server dropped off some food why we was talking. I had boiled goat's head soup and some soda, the others had things I can't even pronounce, I know they had fish egg wine, another special of Hell.

"How is your father?" Melania asked.

"He is well." Alucard took a bite of the bizarre meat. "Listen I didn't come here to make small talk. I came here to train my friend here and that's it." He took another bite. "And I thank you for the food." He got up and walked out of the dining room and then through the doors to the outside.

Melania just sit in her seat. "Did something happen?" I asked.

She looked up at me and then back at her food, which she barely ate. "He loves me."

Oh was all I could say.

"I rejected his offer to be lovers. I guess he was hoping I say yes."

"And now he doesn't like talking to you?"

"He didn't seem happy to see me when I came to meet you two in the town square."

"Did the lord of Hell come to tell you to be his lover after you rejected him?"
