28) Dumbledore's Army

Fred's POV

"Did you see the new decree about students' groups?" Y/n asked angrily as she took her seat next to me on table for breakfast. George, Lee and I nodded.

"Do you realize that that includes Quidditch as well?" Y/n looked in between me George. "She wrote that every student will have to get her permission for reforming any of the groups. I'll have to be unbelievably polite to her to get that bloody permission."

"She hates you. Honestly I'd be a surprised if she gives you permission." Lee commented and took a bite of his toast.

"Thanks, Lee. Now I feel much better." Y/n said angrily and sarcastically through gritted teeth to stop herself from shouting, and glared at Lee. He looked at her a little scared and raised his hands in the air.

"Pretend that I said nothing." He muttered.

"It'll be fine, love." I said and run a hand through her hair, massaging her scalp, in attempt to calm her down. She relaxed a little and put her elbows on table and her head in her hands.

"Lee's right. Umbridge hates me and when she sees that I'm Quidditch captain Gryffindor's doomed." Y/n sighed.

"Don't worry, N/n, you'll get that permission." I said and kissed the side of her head.

"Just try not to get in detention while you're talking with her." George told her.

"If I get detention we can say goodbye to permission and Quidditch."

"Exactly why I'm telling you this."

"Do you want me to accompany you there?" I asked.

"No need. Not like she'll let you in her office anyway." Y/n replied, offering me a small smile. "Thanks, tho."

Breakfast went by quickly. We chatted about various things, one of them being the DADA lesson with Harry tonight. Trio told us Neville found place we can use for meetings and to meet them there tonight at 8pm.

"I gotta go. I have Potions first class and I heard Snape's in worse mood than usually." Y/n got up while taking the last sip of her pumpkin juice. "What are y'all gonna do? You have free periods."

"We'll prank someone of course." George and I answered.

"Honestly woman you call yourself my girlfriend and yet you're still asking those questions." I smirked.

Y/n rolled her eyes. "See you in Charms then." She kissed my cheek and grabbed her bag before catching up with Emily, her Potions partner. (a/n if this is your name just change it)

The remaining of the day wasn't too special. Y/n got permission from Umbridge without getting detention, our pranks were quite successful, like usual, and now we were following trio to the place they'll be holding first meeting. They told us we'll need to go in smaller groups so it was only Y/n, George, Lee, I and trio, who led the way. Harry told us to wait and then passed three times in front of a wall on seventh floor. All of us shared confused looks but brought our attention back to the wall when doors appeared on it.

"Wait a damn minute?" Y/n said and looked around the room which had a lot of books, Sneakoscops and other magical objects used in defense against dark wizards. "Since when does this room even exist?" Then quietly added only for George, Lee and I to hear. "It's not even on Marauder's Map."

"It exists for a long time." Hermione answered, when Harry and Ron left to get other groups here. "This is the Room of Requirement, also known as Come and Go room. It appears when one needs it the most and from now on we'll use it for meetings."
