You got me turnin' all around to be who you need me to

'Yes, Stella, I'm about to head downstairs right now.' I was already in a rush and Stella breathing down my neck through the phone wasn't helping. I was already ready but I still wanted to have some time for myself and fix minor things before meeting Harry.

'To see Harry? Okay, well let me know how it goes. You got this.' My nerves were already fried because I was actually nervous about this 'date' with Harry. He never called it that officially, but when he told me he was going to pick me up now that he knows where I live, I got a hint of his idea. And plus, if this would've been like any other hangout, he probably would have told me to meet him at the Tavern.

He also told me to dress nice.

I hung up on Stella before I could permanently ruin my mood for the night and I went over my outfit choice one last time. I decided on a simple long black dress with a slit going down my left leg. It fit my curves perfectly and I honestly looked really good. I realized that this was going to be the first time Harry sees me in a dress, as I would always dress in casual outfits with pants. My makeup wasn't anything too extravagant, some simple contouring and a shine of lip gloss would do.

I run my hands down my sides one last time and grab my phone, purse, and identification cards. Bella went home for the night so I would be leaving and coming back to an empty house.

The elevator doors opened and I stepped out to the gorgeous lobby. I could see Harry through the glass entrance and it looked like he was in an argument... with a cop? His car was parked in front of the building and the driver side door was open. I only heard Harry's stern accent as I stepped out to the night breeze, completely disallowing the cop's argument.

Harry glanced over the police officer's shoulder mid-argument then back at him, before realizing who he just looked at and taking a second look. His infuriated face and furrowed eyebrows slowly softened as he looked at me, gradually flickering his eyes down my body.

"Now see, I told you she'd be down in a minute." He spoke to the officer but kept his eyes on me. "Don't you look ravishing?" His smirk boosted my confidence, and his statement made the officer turn to look at me.

Harry noticed the cop taking his time on me and quickly went back to his irritated state mixed with a little jealousy. "Alright that's enough, piss off now." He motioned his hand as a way to shoo the officer away. He took one last look at me and muttered something under his breath before walking away.

I was now in front of Harry and my own eyes started to check out his all-black suit for the night, typical. His green eyes and pink lips were the only pop of color on him. I could tell his hair was freshly washed because the curls were still very prominent and he smelled of fresh cedar.
