It's Gonna Be Ok

Hannah's POV.

I woke up at 10:45, I get out of bed and go in the living room. I see that Grace is still sleeping so I decide to make her some breakfast. I make her some eggs and toast, and head over to the couch.

"Grace.." I whisper, while moving a strand of hair out of her face.

Grace opens her eyes and yawns "Yes Hannah?" She says with her morning voice.

God her morning voice was adorable "I made breakfast, would you like to eat at the table or on the couch?"

"Table.." She says softly.

I put the plates on the table, and we both start eating.

...

"I have a meeting in 20 minutes" I say while biting in my toast.

"Ok, while your at your meeting im gonna go apologize to Chester..." She says while looking down.

Wait..what? "Why should you apologize, he cheated on you! You didn't do anything!" I say raising my voice.

"Because I wasn't giving him my all, and I don't think that he wants to be with a girl who's...umm nevermind.." She says with tears forming in her eyes.

"A girl who's what, Grace?" I say with a worried tone.

"Nothing!" She says starting to shake.

"Grace, tell me!" I say realizing I was screaming.

"Nothing! It's not you fucking bussiness Hannah..Just leave me alone!" She says getting up an going to the bathroom.

I get up slowly and walk to the bathroom door and lean my head on the door, "You know you can tell me anything Grace, Im here for you. Anyways I have to go to my meeting ill be back in an hour..I love you Grace..."

Wait..did I just say that outloud..? Fuck....I whispered it so hopefully she didn't hear me...

Grace's POV.

Did she just say she loved me? No that's impossible, I must've misunderstood. Anyways she can't know I self-harm and that im suicidal, because if she does, it will change everything...

I hear her leave, I put my back on the bathroom door and slide down.

I reach in my pocket and take out my blade, I take it in my right hand and slide it across my left wrist... I get carried away and realize that I have done 10 lines...

I panick a little, I get up and wash off the blood and go change into my Camp Takota sweater.

...

I hear Hannah trying to unlock the door, and I quickly pull down my sleeve.

"Hey Hannah" I say giving her a half smile.

"Hey Grace" she says quietly.

"I wanted to apologize for how I acted before, you just wanted to help.." I say giving her a reasuring smile.

"Ahh don't worry about that, It wasn't any of my bussiness anyway.."

I get up and walk towards her and give her a tight hug.

...

Me and Hannah were cooking supper, and I got hot so I lifted up my sleeves not remembering about my cuts...

Hannah's POV.

Me and Grace were cooking supper, I was originally making supper, but she insisted in helping, so now it's the both of us.

I asked her to pass me the knife, when she handed it to me I noticed something on her arm.

"Umm Grace..."

"Yes Hannah" She says focusing on what she was doing..

"What's that on your arm.." I say with a worried look.

Right after I finish asking her, she stops what she's doing but doesn't move.

I can hear her starting to breath heavily, she begins to shake.

She falls to the ground and starts crying.

"Hey it's gonna be ok..." I say going to the ground.

"Im sorry..." She says between her cries.

I hug her tightly, and we stay on the floor, hugging each other for the rest of the night.
