I could feel his body flush against mine. The hardness at my stomach, pressed against his own, was hard not to notice. His lips, however, were soft and full, his tongue a teasing sensation I couldn't get rid of. His hand slid down my bareback, hung holding tight at my hips. His hand kept to my hair, pulling me closer, and I slid my hands up his arm, feeling every muscle and scar, the skin soft despite the explosive quirk he possessed. He moaned against my lips, and I loved it. He pulled back and I opened my eyes to see rubies to emeralds, smoldering intensity to submissive acceptance.
I jolted awake from the dream, my face hot and my blankets a tight wrap around my waist and legs. My breath came out quick and hot, with my eyes wide and my mind awake.

I feel I shouldn't have to say this if you're paying attention, however, the book does get longer (and better) at chapter 4 and 5, and the series is currently undergoing edits. Each chapter after chapter 4 consists of about 700 words to 2,000 words.
