“what did it do this time. ” dad says stubbornly.
I look up at the adults knowing that I am the ‘it’ they’re talking about. they are both clearly not in the mood for lies.
“care to explain why you got into a fight with Molly?” the teacher asked, sounding bored.
“the girls were bullying me again. they were spreading rumours about me. And one of them punched me, it was just self-defence at first. Then she told me to kill myself and my wolf just saw red.. I’m sorry.” I mumble the last bit trying to sound like I mean it.
“Please give me another chance Ms. I can change! I’ll be good and I’ll try harder. I can control her! just please don’t kick me out I’ll be the best I can just please! I’ve only just started to fit in here. I can’t move again.” I falsely plead, knowing the punishment I will get if I am kicked out of my 6th school this year.
