She looks at me pitifully, “not again, it’s the third girl you’ve fought with and this one you put in hospital! I can’t just let you come back here. You’re a danger to my students! It’s bad enough that you’re a tribrid belladonna! You almost killed a girl just for looking at you the wrong way and I’m not going to have a monster in my school!”
she pauses and looks at dad. “miss lee can no longer attend this school, I’m sorry for the inconvenience.”
“it’s Miss grey” I hiss glaring at my father. I stood up and stuck my tongue out at Ms Locke to reveal a small stud in the centre. It was the last thing that teacher saw of me before I left.
When Ash finally left the school, he sat in the driver’s seat of the car and slapped me across the face. I turned to face the window so he couldn’t see the pain in my eyes.
The car was deafeningly silent until we got home, even then the doors slamming was the only noise.
“what the hell was that!” he growled angrily when we got inside. He punched me hard in the stomach causing me to lose my breath for a second.
