Don't
turn your back on me.
You were the escape
I flew away to always
so don't look away from meYour eyes, they don't see me anymore,
not like they used to,
what have I done? Can't you see,
it's not my fault
our relations soured.I thought the world could fall apart,
but you would stand by me.How wrong I was...
silly, idiotic...I trusted in
those dreams we saw together.Time slips,
like the sand between my fingers.I am still alone and bitter.
How do I smile?
How can I fight?
You were my strength,
and alone I am so weak.Don't smirk so much.
This isn't me
bowing in defeat.I have crumbled to my knees but I will stand again, on my own...
this time without relying on anyone's love
💔💔
The world is cruel so always... find the strength to face the brutal reality
AN: this was basically love poem but I thought it can apply in all our relationships and also it's a little inspirational
