chapter 3 : platinum hair

~y/n's pov~

"She is beautiful, isn't she?"

Surprised, I turned around to see who was talking. An old woman, probably the owner of the shop was looking at the barn owl.

"She's gorgeous."

"Do you want to buy it? It's 10 galleons."she replied.

The owl was staring at me, with hints of silver in her big eyes. I couldn't leave her here.

"I'll name her Silver." I said, putting the money in her hands.

She looked at me in approval. I left the shop and headed to my final destination, Flourish and Blotts. I entered the shop and bumped into a tall platinum haired boy.

"Get out my way!" He screamed.

Then, he took a step back and looked at me.

~draco's pov~

I was not feeling well today. I felt like everyone looked at me weird and everything got on my nerves. I didn't know why but I had to control myself. In was in public, my family had a reputation. That's when I bumped into her, well she bumped into me. I let my anger out on the poor girl.

"Get out my way!" I screamed.

Taking a step back, I noticed the worried expression on her face. She mumbled an apology and turned around. The first tough that came to my mind is that she was really pretty. I had to apologize, it wasn't her fault, it was an accident and I shouldn't have let my anger go on her.

I fucked up.
Again.
Like I always do.

~y/n's pov~

I mumble an apology and turn around fast, embarrassed. I immediately felt a hand on my shoulder. It was the boy. His grey eyes were staring in my soul, analyzing me.

"I'm sorry, I really didn't meant to bump into you." I said shyly.

"No, I wanted to apologize, actually. I was an accident and I shouldn't have screamed at you. It's a bad day for me and I guess we met at the wrong moment. Can we start again?" He smiled.

"Of course! I'm y/n, y/n White." I chucked.

"And I'm Malfoy, Draco Malfoy."
