𝚃𝚑𝚞𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚖 [𝙳𝚊𝚒𝚂𝚞𝚐𝚊] ☁️

It was nearing one in the morning as a harsh thunderstorm brewed outside. Most were sleeping through the storm with ease, and some.. well.. some were panicking terribly.
Sugawara, was panicking terribly. He'd been afraid of thunderstorms since childhood and the fear never seemed to leave him. He knew it was a 'stupid' fear but Suga simply couldn't stand the loud noises and the flashes, it was all too much for him. Which would lead us to where he is now.

Suga was pacing around his room in circles, shaking lightly as he tried to calm himself down. However, that wasn't very easy considering the silver haired male was home alone with a raging thunderstorm making itself very well known outside, which meant he had no means of comfort against the storm. His best shot would've been his boyfriend, Daichi Sawamura who lived a good ten minutes away. And at that point in time, Suga was really thinking about it..

"C-Come on Kōshi, you'll be f-fine, it's just a thunderst-"

Suga was cut off by a loud boom that caused him to scream as he covered his ears, tears falling even more than before.

"Everything's o-okay, everything's okay, e-everything's gonna be-"

-crack- -BOOM-

Suga screamed once again and on fight or flight instinct, he chose flight. Suga quickly ran downstairs, got his shoes on and threw a jacket on before opening the door and leaving, making sure to lock it behind him. Suga then started running to Daichi's place, he didn't care if it was pouring down rain, he needed Daichi and wasn't going to stop until he seen him.

After a good ten minutes, Suga was soaked, terrified, and on high alert as he ran up to Daichi's door and knocked. He gave it a minute before another crack of lightning and the sound of the following thunder made him panic more, and so Suga pulled out his phone and went to message Daichi.

The second Suga went to send the message, Daichi opened the door looking tired and confused. However his confusion quickly turned to concern when he seen Suga's state.

"Kōshi, what's going on?? It's 1am, why're you out in the rain, you're going to get sick!"

"I-" Suga got cut off by another boom of thunder instantly which caused him to cover his ears and shut his eyes. That answered Daichi's question.

Daichi sighed softly and led Suga inside, shutting the door behind them as he moved Suga's hands off his ears.

"Hey, hey, look at me." After a bit of hesitance, Suga listened and looked up to Daichi.

"Everything's gonna be okay, I promise. Let's go get you a change of clothes then we'll watch something, okay?" Daichi knew Suga was afraid of thunderstorms but Suga never told him just how bad it was, and he surely didn't think it could've been this bad. Clearly he was wrong.

Suga nodded in response and Daichi took his hand, leading him upstairs to his room to get Suga a warm change of clothes. Upon getting in Daichi's room, Daichi made Suga take a seat on his bed as he walked over to his dresser and pulled out a pair of sweats, along with a t-shirt.

He walked back and handed them to Suga, Suga said a 'thank you' and watched as Daichi walked out of the room, leaving him to himself to get changed.

Suga quickly got off his soaked clothes and slipped into Daichi's warmer pair, he smiled softly and let himself warm up. The clothes smelt like Daichi's cologne and to Suga, it was such a calming smell.

"Hun, you okay in there?" Daichi called from outside of the room, which caught Suga's attention.

"Mhm! Coming!" Suga called as he speed walked to the door and opened it with a smile, which made Daichi smile in return.

Daichi then led Suga downstairs as the storm only continued on outside, lighting up the sky every now and then with lightning.

Once down there, the two took a seat on the couch, well.. more like Daichi took a seat and Suga sat down by his side, though quickly leaned on him with a comfortable smile.

Daichi smiled as he wrapped an arm around Suga's waist and put something on, a quiet movie, he knew the background noise would drown out the storm and Suga would be able to fall asleep.

And wouldn't you know it, Suga eventually repositioned, letting out a soft yawn as he laid on Daichi and closed his eyes. Daichi looked down and smiled, brushing Suga's hair aside and giving him a kiss on the head.

"Night night.. I love you.." Suga mumbled ever so softly which made Daichi weak inside. He ran his hands through Suga's hair and whispered back.

"Goodnight baby, I love you too."
