CHAPTER 6

"Adam," said lilou. "I need you to keep an eye out for minty and Fiona. We don't know what they're doing at the moment," Lilou commanded Adam. He nodded.

"Doctor," called Fiona. "We need to head to the police station to report something. It's urgent," she pleaded. "Why do you need the police? Just rest, I know you're going threw some horrible things," said the doctor. "You won't understand," Minty said. The doctor gave minty a sarcastic look. "Fine. The hospital will inform the police for you," the doctor suggested. "No! Just let us speak to the police ourselves!" Fiona demanded. "If you must. I'll get a taxi and a nurse to escort you to the police department," the doctor replied.

Adam stood outside the hospital, observing ways to sneak in and find them. A taxi pulled in front of the entrance. Three people got into the car. Adam looked closely. Two of those people were Minty and Fiona! Adam got in his vehicle and drove after the taxi, trying not to look suspicious.

The taxi pulled into the parking lot of the police station. Oh fuck, they're going to report Eric! thought Adam. He crept into the building after them casually. He sat in the lobby and listened to their conversation. "Come over here to this room to talk privately," said the police. Adam noticed another chair by that room and sat in it.

After listening to the report, the police officer assigned them to witness protection. "Here, you can stay at this hotel for now intill this mess is sorted out," said the police.

Adam went back to the base to tell the rest what he heard. The taxi dropped off the nurse at the hospital and then drove Minty and Fiona to their hotel. "I hope this witness protection protects us from those evil culprits," Fiona said. Even though Fiona depressed and scared after the house burnt down, she was still glad she has minty. She thought minty was a better and cuter boyfriend then scotty by far. Fiona and Minty kissed, and Fiona felt safe and calm after the hell they've been through.
