Saito then pulled a vial from his pocket, the liquid glowing a teal colour. Placing the book to his side, he pulled the top of the small tube off before lightly tapping it. Three drops of the turquoise liquid dripped into the tea. He glances towards the Vampire in front of him, he sipped the tea, sampling it before speaking. " You are missing a few important ingredients to this concoction.
