Losing hope?

The following day, ZiTao went to hospital along with Moon by his side. There his brother Kris was waiting for him the waiting room. ZiTao's doctor told him he draw blood from ZiTao and do few tests on him.

After a few painful hours later, ZiTao walks in the waiting room. He looked really exhausted from all the tests. All he wanted to do was to rest in bed.

"What's wrong man?" Luhan says.

"You guys really kept us waiting and didn't give us an update all day.." Moon says.

"We're sorry, but we had to wait on his results to come in." The doctor sighs.

"What's up with ZiTao then?" Luhan asks.

"He isn't receiving enough blood towards the heart and he could die any moment from a sudden heart attack." The doctor says.

"And...??" Luhan and Moon say at the same time.

"We could do another surgery and save his life but it is extremely risky, if we do the surgery he could die during it. It will be a low chance for him to survive. Only a miracle could save him while he's in surgery."

"So, you're saying my brother could die if he doesn't get the surgery but even if he does the surgery, he'll also die?!?!" Luhan says.

"Yes..." He says.

"ZiTao, do you want to do the surgery?" Moon asks him.

"It doesn't matter if I get it, I'll die anyways." He looks down.

"It's a 45% chance you'll survive." The doctor says.

"It's not even a 50/50 chance." ZiTao says.

"But still, there is hope!" Luhan says.

"Take it!" Moon says.

"Only a miracle huh?" ZiTao says.

"Let's just hope it'll happen!" Moon says.

"What will kill me more will be how much I have to pay for the surgery..." ZiTao says.

"Forget about the money kid! Your life is more important than money!" The doctor says.

"At least I met a beautiful woman. I'd rather die in surgery than live another life than not knowing Moon existed." He thought.
