(Y/N)'s POV:

I was sitting in a Tavern with my husband and he was being an asshole like always. "Why won't you just sit still and drink your beer?" I asked as he rolled his eyes and then slammed his mug down. "Did you bring me here because you come here to whore around town?" "You're being ridiculous," I said as he just picked up his mug and continued to drink. "You should dress more modest. That dress is too low cut," He said as I laughed out loud. "Too low cut? You mean like that woman you were seen with last weekend?" I asked as he scoffed. "Now, you know that was nothing," He said as I just sat there with my arms crossed.

"Drink your drink and then we will go home," He said as I shook my head. "I'm not going home with you," I said as he lowered his mug and just looked at me like he was going to strike me down right then and there. "And why is that?" He asked as I picked up my shot glass. "Because. I'm not done here." "Not done doing what? Drinking rum? Who even drinks rum besides drunken pirates!" He yelled while standing up.

"You know what? Fine! Stay here but I don't ever want to see you near my home again," he said as he threw me some money for the drinks. He then stormed out of the Tavern and I should have felt sad but if anything I felt relieved. We haven't even had sex in years so maybe now I might get some.

"I didn't mean to eavesdrop but you sound like you could use some company," A man said as he stood in front of me. He had dark hair that folded perfectly in front of his eyes and then he wore a vest with a leather petticoat, leather boots, and a hook attachment where his left hand should have been.

"I would love some," I said as I offered my other seat across from me. He sat down and then moved my husband's mug out of the way and he then moved my glass closer to him and he poured some liquids from a flask into my glass. "What's that?" I asked as he smiled. "Some more rum to top off what you have left," He said as he then handed me my glass.

"So, tell me what troubles you," He said as I smiled and nodded. "Well, my husband is a prick who thinks that he owns me and can do whatever he wants with and to me," I said as he nodded. "I didn't realize that you were married," He said as I shook my head. "Not anymore. I'm leaving him. Well, he left me. It's a mutual leaving," I said as he smiled and then took another sip out of his glass. God, he looked so hot when he drank like that.

"I'd love to walk you home," He said as I smiled softly

"I'd love to walk you home," He said as I smiled softly. "I'd love for you to as well the only problem is that I don't have a home to go back to and I have a ride," I said as I looked towards the door of the Tavern and as someone walked out I saw my horse still sitting there waiting for me to come back.

"Well, I guess I should get back to my ship then," He said as he set down his empty glass and then walked back over to the table with some men sitting around with women that I'm guessing they were paying for.

I finished my drink and then made my way outside and over to my husband's home because I needed something back and I don't care if I needed to storm the place. I was going to get back what was mine.
