Day 5- Slumber Party

We quickly changed into our pajamas and headed downstairs to the kitchen to grab drinks and snacks for our slumber party.

Miki started making hot chocolate for everyone, "Girls, I am so hyped for this. It's nice to have some girly time in the hideaway."

Elladine shrugged, "I agree, I miss my girls back home. I just hope this is fun and not drama filled."

Genevieve was frantically searching the cabinets for snacks, "There's hardly any snacks in here, girls. Who has been eating all the crisps?"

I laughed and walked over to help her, "Who knows babe, there has to be something in there for us." I opened a few cabinets and found some popcorn,"Score...popcorn!"

Genevieve high fived me, "Yes, that's a must. Good hunting girl."

I made the popcorn while Miki finished the hot chocolate and added the marshmallows. When we were finished we walked to the hideaway.

When we went to the hideaway there were mattresses all over the floor and fairy lights strung around the room.

Miki, Elladine and AJ ran and plopped down on the mattresses. Iona, Viv and I sat down and joined them.

Iona looked around the room and then back at us. "Alright, so were in here..I say we..."

Before she could finish, a pillow hit her with a loud thump. Miki snickered. Iona grabbed the pillow and swung it back at Miki. But she ducked and it hit Viv instead.

Viv laughed and grabbed another pillow, "Oh, it's on now ladies!"

We all rushed to get a pillow and an all out pillow fight began. Pillows and feathers were flying everywhere. I was having a blast, hitting any one who came near me. After a while we tired out and fell to the mattresses in a heap of laughter.

Iona sat up, "Pillow fight, check. Up next, let's play snog, marry, pie. It's a classic slumber party game. Since the pillow fight is out of the way we should move onto the girltalk, who we are crushing on and whatnot. So everyone knows how the game works?"

We all nodded.

"Miki, you go first."

"Ok, I'd snog Harry, he's handsome. I'd pie seb because he's always miserable and complaining. He kills my buzz all the time."

I nudged her, "Come on Miki, that's mean. Seb is thoughtful and sweet. You just have to wait for him to open up to you. I reckon he has a good heart."

Viv perked up, "I agree with, Tegan. He can be a grumpy cat that's for sure. But he's genuine. I think I'd pie Camillo, he's too good looking."

Iona turned towards me, "Hmm...speaking of Camillo. Let's hear your choices, Tegan."

I raised my eyebrows at her, "Speaking of Camillo...I'm not sure what you mean by that but ok, I guess I'll go."

All the girls turned to look at me, waiting for my answers.

"I'd snog Tai...because his muscles are so big."

Viv chuckled, "I bet his muscles aren't the only thing that's big, if ya know what I mean ladies."
We all laughed. I hit her arm, "Oh my gosh, Viv. Get your mind out of the gutter."

"Sorry, hun. But we were all thinking it, don't try to deny it."

I felt my cheeks flushed red but continued my answers, "I'd marry Nicky, because well...I guess he's the one I'm closest to in here."

Elladine rolled her eyes, "Of course you'd choose him to marry, like we all didn't see that one coming."

Viv turned towards her, "Come on Ella, It's just a game and I think it's cute she picked Nicky and that she already likes him that much. Plus most of us can see that they are a strong couple and mesh so well."

Elladine looked away and I took my chance to continue my choices. "Ok and for the pie...it has to be Bill. He's too much for me, half the time I don't even know what he's talking about but he's always going off about something."

Miki laughed, "ha, ya..it takes some getting used to that's for sure. Alright Iona, your turn."

"Deffo snog Camilo, marry Ciaran, he's the sweetest and I'd pie Nicky cause I think he'd get a laugh out of it. AJ your go."

"I'd snog Yasmin, cause you're really fit babe. I wanna marry Ciaran. He's so sweet and lovely and my pie goes to Seb because he used my towel the other day and didn't hang it up to dry. It was rank."

Yasmin scrunched her face, "Eww..ya that sounds super gross. I haven't gone yet, let me see I'd snog you right back at AJ, and I'd marry Seb..I don't know what it is about him but something about him is intriguing, and i'd pie Tai because he farted in the tent on the first night, eww."

Everyone laughed as the game went on for a bit longer. Eventually we all settled down onto the mattresses and got ready for bed. I was trying to fall asleep but found myself wondering what the boys were up to. I thought all the other girls had already fallen asleep then I noticed Yasmin looking over at me, "Tegan, you still up?"

I sat up and turned towards her, "Ya, can't sleep. Why what's up?"

"I just stepped outside for a second, and noticed a hot tub out there. Shall we go in it?"

"Yes, that sounds relaxing! Let's go."

We grabbed our bathing suits and tiptoed past the others. We slid into the hot tub and looked up at the sky. We sat in silence for a few minutes letting our troubles soak away in the heat of the hot tub.

Yasmin turned towards me, "So that game was interesting. I think it's cute you chose to marry Nicky.  And you want to snog Tai, does that mean you're interested in him?"

"I wouldn't say I'm interested in him, he's just really fit, and funny, and sweet, and gentle." I felt my cheeks flush a little as I continued to talk about Tai. Yasmin noticed.

"Well, the color on your cheeks is showing the opposite. It's ok to be interested in him, hun. He is all those things you said and it's still early days. Just because you're interested in him doesn't mean your feelings for Nicky are any less. You can be attracted to or have feelings for more than one person. It's totally normal."

I considered what she said for a few seconds before responding, it was a strange feeling for me to have feelings for anyone and here I was considering having feelings for two guys. Maybe I was trying to hide that I was attracted to Tai because that would mean my feelings towards Nicky aren't as strong as I thought they were. But what was Yasmin hinting at...it made me wonder if she had seen something on the telly that would make her think Nicky and I aren't as strong as we seem.

"I guess that makes sense Yasmin, but enough about me...you and AJ wanna snog each other. That's really cute."

"I know right, we are both freaking adorable."

"So would you consider coupling up with her?"

"Maybe...but I have my eye on someone else for now."

"Let me guess...Seb?"

"Is it that obvious? I just feel like we have the most in common and I tend to go for boys with a touch of sadness in their souls. What about you though, would you couple up with Tai or Ciaran? If so, I could put in a good word for you. We got kind of close since we came in together."

"I'm happy with Nicky, so I wouldn't try to couple up with them."

"Well, I know they are both interested in you babe. So think about it, early days and all. You don't want to put all your eggs in one basket."

"True, thanks. This has been fun, but I reckon we should head back inside and get some sleep. "

Yasmin nodded and we both got out, dried off and headed back into the hideaway. Once again I tried to close my eyes and fall asleep but my head was spinning thinking about my chat with Yasmin. I was starting to have a bad feeling about how the next few days were going to go, a recoupling had to be coming soon and I found myself worrying that Nicky and I weren't going to be a couple for much longer.
