The freezing weather made it obvious that it was gonna snow today. And the blonde man that was sensitive to cold had a grumpy look over his face after hearing the weather forecast. He was already loaded up with winter clothes but they weren't enough to make him feel warm.

It was already evening and the blonde boy, that went with the name jeon jungkook had to reach the other town within two hours to meet a blind date set up by his friend Namjoon.

Apparently, namjoon was worried for jungkook since he is already 26 years old and feels that he should finally settle down. But jungkook was totally disinterested, since he's already got someone he loves. Although, none of his friends know that because he doesn't want them to know that the person he is in love with is a guy and also he just couldn't refuse namjoon since he's like an older brother to him and he doesn't feel good denying his hyung.

Everyone in his friend circle had already married and some even had kids. He was the only one that hid his identity as a person who liked males, and what could he possibly even do about it. It's not like you can marry a man in Korea. Same-sex relationships aren't looked well upon.

And the fact that pisses him more except than the chilly night is that he is the one that has to travel through the metro to meet a girl he won't even consider making his lover.

He rubbed his cold, numb hands and got inside the train, sitting on the usual window seat he takes. Ironically even though he hates the cold weather, the scenery is worth eyeing. And since he lives in a small town, there aren't enough buildings so the settled snow over the pine trees enhance the beauty of the chilly nights that jungkook hates.

He pushed his earbuds in his ears and played a song before shoving his cold hands inside his coat in an attempt to warm them up. The train was warmer than outside so it was a relief.

It generally takes an hour to reach the city area through the metro so jungkook can take a nice and cozy nap before reaching and it would probably be midnight when he comes back from the blind date so he won't be getting enough rest when he reaches home since he has an early morning job as he owns a restaurant and he needs to check everything before opening.

He heaved a sigh. This sucks. He thought before closing his eyes and letting his mind calm down with the melody of the music.

The bell rang as he reached the station, his eyes fluttered open as he rubbed them. He groaned as he stretched his arms before standing up, taking his scarf and getting out of the train.

He grunted as his shoes landed over the crunching and soft snow. It had started snowing early than he expected.

"What a day" he groaned and left the station towards the location of the cafe namjoon had sent him.

He looked through the glass panel and there sat a pretty girl wearing a light pink ruffle dress, hair delicately styled as she chewed upon the ends of her fingers' skin, a sign of nervousness. Through the distance jungkook could make out that the girl had also done her makeup. He would give her a 10/10 for efforts and now he feels bad that he'll be rejecting her.

He cleared his throat and entered the cafe, walking upto the girl and bowing to her.

She immediately stood up, a red blush creeping over her soft white cheeks. She quickly bowed back and sat while jungkook gave her a gentle smile.

"You're Sana-ssi right?" jungkook asked and the girl nodded, pushing her hair behind her ear.

"Hello. I'm jungkook" he forwarded his hand as the girl nervously shook it.

"So sana-ssi, how do you know namjoon hyung?"

"W-we actually met in Japan. He was there for the 2-day conference that i attended too" sana said.
