The ravenette wrapped his scarf around his smooth neck, trying to cover himself from the snow that's occurring outside his house.

It's his daily routine. Going out at dot 5 pm to "his hideout" and listening to "his favorite song" and recalling "his memories"

The him here mentioned is also a certain ravenette, someone this black haired man with the name kim taehyung would never be able to forget.

Jeon Jungkook.

The best thing happened to him in his entire life. It was meeting him. The previously brown haired boy who changed his hair color just to match taehyung's black hair.

He met him in school, you know, childhood friends. They were never able to live without each other, ate food together, hung out together at their hideout place which was a vintage tree house located near the school, it was abandoned by someone and they both found it while they were walking through the woods.

Through the time, taehyung found himself growing a liking towards jungkook, his personality, the way he cared for taehyung, the way he looked at him fondly, everything about jungkook allured taehyung and totally amazed him that how can a boy be so perfect

But then he knew it was jungkook, how can he not be perfect?

As time passed by, the two grew more closer to each other, those small touches tugging at the strings of their hearts, subtle flirting and fondly gazes

They were in 12th grade when they were there, at their hideout place, the good ol' tree house, looking at the snow falling slowly on the leaves of the tree, making the green mix with the white.

The two were sitting closely to create a comfortable warmth, hands dangerously close that they could sense the other's pinkie close to their.

Taehyung had always feared that what if jungkook didn't love him back, but what he didn't know was that jungkook too was madly in love with him.

He has to let out his feelings before it gets too late.

He looked at jungkook and gulped

"K-kookie" he called out and the other hummed before looking at him and that's when taehyung's breath hitched and he panicked

He was thinking of not to confess, but he can't back off now

He took a deep breath and opened his mouth to speak

"Listen jungkook, before you give me an answer, i promise that whatever i say would never affect our friendship. It's been 5 years, i've fell in love with someone that has been so close to me and t-that's you. I started to like you when you showed me that bunny smile of yours and gave me your lunch when i forgot mine, it's not that you look good and that is why i love you. I love you because of who you are and how you've always treated me. I am ready to accept your rejection, i just wanted to let my feelings out so atleast you know about them" taehyung said and took a deep breath, finally he said, his heart was hammering inside his chest thinking how would jungkook react to his confession.

He said he was ready to accept rejection when actually he wasn't. That would be too heartbreaking

He was surprised when a chuckle was heard from jungkook. His already red blush reddened when jungkook laid his head over his shoulder.

His heart stopped when jungkook intertwined their pinkies together. He was confused and anxiously waiting for his answer.

"You know what?" jungkook asked, nuzzling his face closer to taehyung's who blushed

"W-what?" taehyung asked with a small and scared voice.

"It's not necessary for you to know this but i've loved you since 7 years, the year we met, when you flashed that goddamn gorgeous smile of yours over me and took my hand, climbing the tree house. It's necessary for you to know that i've loved you enough to let you know that i'd keep you the happiest guy alive on this planet" jungkook said and taehyung couldn't believe what he heard just now
